Overall great property but wouldn’t recommend the massage
Pros:

Great location, really clean, huge comfy beds, amazing breakfast, great Wifi, and lovely views from the rooftop.

Cons:

The massage was okay but not great and more expensive than most places in Sapa. There were two bottles of water in the fridge which was not turned on in our room, we assumed they were free but then were charged 40k for them when we checked out. Much cheaper to buy in the shop and they weren’t even cold so don’t get caught out by that.

BEST HOTEL IN SAPA. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended!
Pros:

This hotel EXCEEDED expectations! We were served hot tea every day when we were at the lobby from the day we checked-in. Hotel staff gave us a free breakfast upgrade too. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable.

Hotel staff and service were above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

Not really much about the hotel, just that there is an incline towards the direction of Sun Plaza and Sapa Lake, which can be tiring. However, can't really say much cause Sapa is literally on a mountain.

Très bon hôtel à Sapa!!!
Pros:

Tout était parfait!!! La chambre était magnifique, grande, décorée avec beaucoup de goût!
L’emplacement était idéal. Merci pour tout!!!

Cons:

Malheureusement il y a eu le midi et le soir de notre arrivée des clients dans l’hôtel très turbulents. Ils étaient venus célébrer quelque chose et faisaient énormément de bruit, hurlaient. Difficile pour nous de nous reposer… Ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel nous le comprenons, mais nous aurions apprécié que l’équipe essaye de faire quelque chose pour leur demander de se calmer. Rien de grave en soi sinon tout parfait

A wonderful experience. The room was spotless, the location was convenient, and the service was outstanding.

Pros:

Schoon, super ruime kamers. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en het personeel heel vriendelijk. We konden in de ochtend al vroeg onze koffers brengen.

Cons:

Het lijkt alsof je met de ramen en deuren open slaapt. Je hoort alles van de straat en van de gang van het hotel.

Would highly recommend this place in Sapa
Pros:

Very nice comfortable hotel room with a sky bar with a view! The location was also great. The streets outside the hotel were tiled and have hanging lanterns. The breakfast was great as well.

Pros:

We werden heel vriendelijk en persoonlijk onthaald door Ruby. Gedurende het hele verblijf heeft ze ons verder geholpen met onder andere informatie over activiteiten en hoe het weer in Fansipan was :)

We bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Het hotel lag midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Enkel redelijk veel lawaai van buiten 's ochtends vroeg, maar dat is op te lossen met oordopjes.
