What a gem of a hotel with the most exceptional staff.
Pros:

Spaciousness of the family suite, view of the mountains, the skybar (loved the fresh fruit with our afternoon cocktails), breakfast (especially the pho), the staff (all staff, especially Nu, were very attentive to our needs), the spa (best massage in the most relaxing setting).

Warm hospitality, great views, and the perfect location.
Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Sun Plaza, and our room actually looked right out at it. The room itself was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower had amazing high water pressure.
The absolute highlight was the lovely staff. Ruby was so attentive and kind; she gave us a helpful tourist map and completely took care of booking our private car back to Hanoi.
Fresh was also awesome and helped us easily sort out our Fansipan tickets.
Even though our booking didn't include breakfast, we paid 100k VND per person for it, and it was worth every single Dong.
Also, the rooftop bar is a must-visit—the views of beautiful Sapa from up there are absolutely breathtaking!

Cons:

Quelques petits détails sans gravité : le frigo ne refroidissait pas vraiment les bouteilles, et la douche/baignoire était un peu capricieuse. Rien qui n’ait gâché notre séjour.

Stunning mountain view and great staff !!
Pros:

Great staff and stunning view !!
Room provides an amazing view of the mountains whilst also being super close to the centre of Sapa.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after check out which ensured we were able to continue exploring the amazing activities in sapa.

The room is extremely spacious and modern.
Breakfast was also delicious !!

Overall, really recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Sapa :)

A somewhat dated hotel with an excellent view from the terrace, well located.
Pros:

The terrace on 4th floor is absolutely amazing. When the weather is good, you have an excellent view on the mountains.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms with the Mountain view were sold out. The city view is not nice at all.

Great central accommodation
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The staff gave us useful advice about the local area and helped with booking activities. They offered complimentary breakfast and were able to facilitate a 2am check-in for us. The breakfast had plenty of options and the rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view. The room was air-conditioned and cleaned daily. The building is located in a central area but down a quieter street with great shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom sink and faucet was a bit discoloured and the tub had a slight wobble to it. But otherwise the room felt clean.

First time stay in Sapa 2026
Pros:

The Sapa Relax Hotel was brilliant, the staff were very friendly, helpful and delivered exceptional service.
The location is spectacular, walking distance to the famous landmarks.
The sky roof bar has the best view of the mountains and if its a clear day you can see the Buddha on top of the mountain in Famsipan.

Wow what a nice stay!
Pros:

The location was great. Shower was awesome. Breakfast was great. Rooms are pretty and the cafe/bar area at the top has a nice view.

Cons:

They do need a few more channels on the TV.

This hotel is great value for money and although our room price did not include breakfast they through it in both nights

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything without being noisy , like some places right in the heart of town

Cons:

The roof top bar area was nice but you couldn’t add the price of drinks to your room as you do everywhere else in Vietnam , the girl running things up there seemed very annoyed when I told her I had no cash and she had to go and get an eftpos machine , this was out of character to the rest of the staff that were all extremely nice
