Excellent stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights and we are extremely happy with our stay. The hotel room is large, clean, well equipped, good sound proof and aircon system. The hotel location is amazing, just a short walk from the square, next to local market and many restaurants, cafe and sapa station (the fansipan cable car station). The staff here are all so nice, extremely friendly. They shared useful tips (places to visit), assisted with booking of transfer from train station, trekking tour with local tour guide in local villages and laundry service at great price. They also offered us one free buffet breakfast which is very good with wide variety of food (local and international). Overall, we are very pleased with this and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

Had a great time and would recommend to my friends.
Pros:

The position was great, room was clean and comfortable and for a small amount we were able to get into our room very early after arriving on the 5.30am train. Staff were all very friendly and greeted us all the time with a smile and kind words.

Cons:

There was nothing negative.

Pros:

The hotel offered us welcome drinks, breakfast even when our reservation didn't include it and also a traditional wallet as a gift. All of this with a spacious, clean room with a great price. Can't recommend it enough.

本当に色々ありがとうございました‼︎またサパに来る際は絶対に利用します。
Pros:

受付の人が本当に優しくて、周辺の観光地のおすすめや、客引きへの注意など色々教えてくれた。また、寝台列車のラオカイ駅への送迎やスパの予約など、全てに真摯に対応してくれる。部屋からの景色も最高。左側はサパの山、右側は崖に造られた街並み、ここでしか味わえない最高の朝でした。
また、朝のビュッフェも非常に美味しい。オムレツやフォーを目の前で作ってくれる。清掃も行き届いており、日本から来るのに衛生面で不安な点があったが、全く気にならなかった。
