The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is great, the location is right in the center. But the best thing about it was the staff, the staff was very helpful and generous, especially Ruby which helped us a lot. Recommended!!!
Very comfortable and clean room, good breakfast
Rooftop Bar was a bit tired
The room was very large and open, with plenty of space for storage, and a lovely huge bath which is hard to come across when travelling. Location was spot on - most things within a walkable distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were also lovely and couldn't do enough to help/make recommendations.

Sadly, I think this is just Vietnam in general, but being within such a good location came with the noise of scooters/cars/buses beeping their horns every 30 seconds which started around 5am in the morning and woke us up. However this is a not a reflection on the hotel, this style of driving appears normal for Vietnamese people!
Hotel très bien situé, propre. Personnel attentif, bon petit déjeûner. Bon rapport qualité-prix et parfait pour passer une ou deux nuits à Sapa.
Le quartier est bruyant (motos) même en pleine nuit et l'isolation n'est pas top. Bouchons recommandés...mais c'est valable pour beaucoup d'endroits dans les villes au Vietnam.
Lovely hotel for a few nights in Sapa. You'll be walking distance to the main street with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, Sun Plaza and the Stone Church are easy to get to. Sapa is a very hilly town so this location was actually very nice for walking around and exploring. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't prebook our trip to Fansipan because we wanted to see what the weather would do...the front desk helped us pick the best time during our stay to take the train to Fansipan and we're so grateful for their suggestion. Hotel does offer beautiful mountain view rooms and the breakfast each day was great!
We did 1 night with a "city side" and 2 nights with "mountain view"...city side can be noisy in the morning when the town gets going. There's an elementary school nearby so keep that in mind during the week. The A/C in that room wasn't the best either. The mountain view room was wonderful however and glad to have stayed there.

De kamer was niet heel geluidsdicht, het leek steeds of het raam openstond. Het ontbijt was best beperkt, al was het verse fruit zeer lekker.
