Pros:

The staff was amazing — always friendly, helpful, and attentive whenever we needed anything. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the room; it was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time there. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit warmem Tee und einem tollen Gepäckservice empfangen. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, wurde uns gratis welches zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Aussicht ist natürlich mega, vor allem vom Cafe oben auf dem Dach, bei dem auch die Getränke sehr lecker sind.

Cons:

Im Bad war des Wasserhahn leider nicht sauber.

The staff were the highlight, they were all incredibly helpful and friendly, they even gave us a free tote bag as a memento for our stay which was lovely.

A beautiful stay at this hotel!
Pros:

Stayed just one night at Sapa Relax Hotel and Spa. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was super nice and spacious. Loved the white robes and the staff was incredibly nice. Our booking did not have breakfast but they provided us a breakfast coupon which was very nice! I've heard the spa and the rooftop are nice but we didnt have a chance to visit the spa and the weather was cloudy/rainy when we visited so we did not go to the roof. I would 100% stay here again!

THE BEST HOTEL - THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED

I think this property should be rated 5 Star ! This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at during our 5 week holiday in Vietnam- The staff in particularly the manager were amazing so wonderful and very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable pillow so comfortable, breakfast which the manager gave us complimentary was delicious- our stay was 10/10 love this Hotel it’s THE BEST -
Can’t wait to go back again .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Sapa Relax Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! Our room, 301, was a spacious oasis with a breathtaking view. And, although we hadn't planned on having breakfast, the staff generously provided us with a complimentary buffet, which was a real highlight. The hotel's beauty is matched only by the kindness of its staff, particularly Ruby, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her recommendations for local attractions were spot on, and we're so grateful for her help.
