موقعه قريب نوعا ما من السنتر وكذلك اعجبني النظافة بشكل يومي. وكذلك يوجد مقهى في سطح الفندق اطلالته جميلة جدا

ازعاج النوافذ غير عازلة للصوت كل الاصوات الخارجية داخل الغرفة لم استطع النوم.وثانيا الغرفتين متصلات بها دورة مياه واحدة يفترض اثنتين .ثانيا فقدت بعض من اغراضي فور وصولي وابلغت موظف الاستقبال ولم يتم ردها .انتبهوا اثناء تحميل الاغراض للغرف

Pros:

Its really at the center of everything and is close to fansipan and sun plaza. A lot of places to eat around it.

Cons:

A/c is only set to a certian temperature can’t adjust it to make it cooler.

Beautiful Colonial Style Hotel not far from the city center
Pros:

The location is very nesr from Sa pa Center . The hotel is very beautiful in a colonial style with Teck wood ! The rooms are spacious . The breakfast is SUPER ! Staff is very kind, nice and helpful !!!

Personnel adorable et très serviable, excellent petit-déjeuner et services très appréciables, mais Wi-Fi beaucoup trop l
Pros:

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et attentionné. Après notre trek, alors que nous avions déjà effectué le check-out, nous avons pu prendre une douche avant de repartir, ce qui était vraiment très appréciable ! Ils ont également gentiment gardé nos sacs toute la journée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Une excellente expérience, merci pour votre accueil !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif de notre séjour était le Wi-Fi, qui était vraiment très lent. La connexion était parfois tellement faible que la télévision dans la chambre fonctionnait à peine. Mis à part cela, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

10/10 – Excellent stay in Sapa!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

Our suite room was very spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous mountain view from the suite — absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to wake up to.

For a 3-star hotel, the quality and comfort exceeded our expectations. Great service, excellent cleanliness, a big comfortable room, and an amazing view.

Highly recommended! 10/10 — we would definitely stay here again.
