Good place but not if it's hot
Pros:

Location and relatively comfortable, great bathroom.

Cons:

Very difficult stay in the hot weather, even with the little fans provided. Cooking utensils could be a little bit better considering the decent kitchen facilities.

Our stay was enjoyable. Also air conditioner should be provided free of charge.
Pros:

The staffs I.e the house keeping crew and front desk staffs were great!

Cons:

The dryers inside the laundry room were Not working. It took 10 hours to complete my laundry!

Pros:

Excellent location and very clean

Cons:

The apartment was incredibly hot throughout our visit. We kept the door of the apartment open to try to benefit from a breeze created by open windows across the corridor but couldn't do this when sleeping!
The two fans provided were insufficient to manage comfortably in the apartment during warm weather (23 to 26 degrees).

Pros:

Very good location for getting to London, woman who checked me in was lovely and a credit to the business. Apologies I never got her name.

Cons:

No air con, room was like a sauna all night, the fans did nothing for us that we were given, the water never went cold at all, shower wasn’t the best and just felt it was not worth the value for money, if it was a bit cheaper I’d not be negative but it was almost £150 for one night and it wasn’t luxury living at all.
