Incredible value and perfect for Solo travelers in Watford area
Pros:

The best space for solo traveler with the most comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities one could need. I'm so pleased with this booking and would highly recommend anyone visiting Watford area. I was super comfortable and everything I needed whether its making tea or taking nice shower was available and fully stocked. Amazing value for the price.

Cons:

The only thing is cost of parking in the available Car Park is 12 Euro/day which is a bit high. Ended up using street parking right next to Hotel with no issues. Bit of confusion between entering Holiday Inn side and Livin Serviced side but thats all.
