Good Hotel, great Location!

Baku is a great place to visit, clean, friendly, safe and cheap for food and drinks

The hotel is a small and friendly hotel.
the location is very good, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very helpful.
breakfast is very nice, not too fancy but more then enough.
on the downside, there are quite a lot of stairs to climb from the street level, there is an elevator but it only goes half way. there is a bell boy to help with bags etc.

This is an old building that has been upgraded into a hotel close to Fountain Square and many good restaurants. There is an elevator but you must climb up one flight of stairs to get to it. Some rooms do not have windows so be certain to tell them you want a room for a window. There is no extra charge.

Good situated but:
Room smelled to cigarettes too much! We asked for another room non smoking and they say no. One day electricity and water run off.
Another day at 7pm room was not made.
2 guys were very helpful but 2 others were terrible.

This hotel is close to Fountain square, old city.

Staff is very kind but some of them don't speak English fluently.

I stayed economy room and bigger room because I extended my schedule.

Bigger room is acceptable for price.

As for Economy room, it is very narrow and drainage is not good.

Because difference of price between economy and bigger room is not small, I recommend bigger room.

When I entered room, I was disappointed because of strange smell and noise because my room was close to elevator.

Before I would request change, they changed my room.
It was very impressive to me. Of course, it is not proper for business trip.
But, it is very competitive hotel because Fountain square is very close.
I believe that you can enjoy Azerbaijan here.

Об отеле остались очень хорошие впечатления. Персонал очень внимательный, чуткий, отзывчивый, доброжелательный. Добросовестная уборка, своевременная смена полотенец, доставка в комнату минеральной воды, пополнение необходимых гигиенических принадлежностей. Очень вкусные завтраки с хорошим ассортиментом. Очень жаль, что в комнате нет мини бара-холодильника, хотя место для него есть. Он бы конечно очень пригодился, особенно в летнее время.

We booked and pre-paid three rooms for three nights. Upon arrival we were told that the rooms were not available and that we would have to stay in another hotel. They moved us to a hotel which was still under construction and offered only two rooms for the first two nights of our stay, and are now refusing to refund the fee for the two nights during which the accommodation was unavailable.

Останавливались в отеле в апреле 2018 года, бронировали 3-х местный номер. Сам отель располагается в самом центре города, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями и старым городом. В пешей доступности магазины, набережная, многочисленные кафе и ресторанчики. Персонал очень дружелюбный, гостеприимный, готовый исполнить любую просьбу в считанные минуты. Нам помогли заказать обзорную экскурсию по Баку, а также отдельно поездку в Гобустан и Янардаг, за что персоналу огромное спасибо! Также через отель заказывали трансфер из/до аэропорта. Завтраки в отеле замечательные, номера убирают каждый день, в номерах есть также халаты, тапочки для гостей, можно попросить гладильную доску и утюг в номер. Сам отель новый, и это сразу чувствуется. Мебель, постельные принадлежности, сантехника в номерах - все новое и свежее. В номерах есть Wi-Fi, очень хорошо работает. Хотелось бы также отметить индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю в отелю и очень милых сотрудников отеля. У моей сестры был День Рождения и отель преподнес очень красивый букет цветов в качестве комплимента. Мы остались в полном восторге от отеля, Баку и его гостеприимных, добрых и солнечных жителей. Рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто собирается посетить замечательный город Баку. Спасибо большое отелю за незабываемый отдых!

Das Hotel ist fußläufig zu den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fontäneplatz 3min, Altstadt 5min. Geldwechselstube und zwei kleine Supermärkte sind um die Ecke.Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. An der Rezeption sprechen zwei Mitarbeiter Englisch, eine Mitarbeiterin Arabisch. Alle Mitarbeiter, ob Rezeption, Frühstück oder Zimmermädchen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Flughafentransfer und Fahrer für Tagesausflug wurde auf Anfrage für uns organisiert.
