Casa Mandala Hotel

Outstanding attention!!

We were very happy with this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. There was a power outage as we drove past two downed power poles but as it got dark the staff brought a generator to give us power I. Our room and lights around the pool. The restaurant was decent. We didn’t get a chance to go across by boat to the beach but we have been to the beach before and it is lovely. We went midweek and were the only ones there so it was so peaceful and enjoyable. The beach club next door is not a part of it as it appears on google maps and is only open fri-sun. We will definitely return

Espacio muy bello, con muchos elementos naturales que hacen estar en un ambiente cálido, con hermosa naturaleza, y un excelente servicio del personal!! Lo recomiendo al 100!

Es pequeño, agradable, habitación limpia, se necesita más atención por el personal. El menú escaso en opciones, desayuno incluido pues es solo café y jugo.

This place is a hidden jewel

Un hotel muy agradable, todo limpio.
La alberca no es grande, pero tiene el tamaña suficiente para poder pasar todo el día dentro de ella.
La calidad y porción de los alimentos del restaurante excelente.
Todos los miembros del personal son muy atentos y amables, en especial Janet de recepción, Laidy y Monserrat del restaurante.

Espero regresar pronto.

me gusto mucho...aunq hay muchos mosquitos y el restaurante cierra temprano y no hay room service y a pesar de eso no permiten ingresar bebidas o hieleras. Fuera de eso me encanto

Beautiful sunset views. Terrible bedding,not premium as advertised,no water bottles in rooms. Water available was full of bugs and other debris. Horrible
Air conditioning. Restaurant closes early and not a cup of water is available afterwards. Wifi less than a gb in common areas and rooms. Bugs everywhere as if no pest control is used at all. Pool was ok not clean not too dirty. Restaurant service is great, friendly and good food. Much friendlier than hotel staff. Overall not a good experience definitely won’t be back. Not many options in the area though.

Un lugar espectacular, un paraíso escondido con todas las comodidades y servicios... Para disfrutar en pareja, familia o amigos.... Definitivamente vuelvo!

Muy buena limpieza y atención, el estacionamiento es afuera del lugar, no otorgan ni un desayuno de cortesía

El acceso es un poco inusual, pero el lugar vale mucho la pena, la comida me quedó a deber, leí comentarios muy buenos del sabor de la comida y está bien a secas.

Cadre magnifique, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel très accueillant et serviable. En résumé, superbe ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Generally evething was perfect to relax yuorself, just the restaurant, after they take your order they take for ever to bring the food, the check, the change. Beside that from time to time they have missing ingredients, so you have to change your order or make arrengements.

Etablissement idéal pour toute personne recherchant le repos et le calme. Belle et très longue plage de sable gris noir sur laquelle on ne rencontre que de rares pêcheurs à pied. L'établissement par lui-même est bien entretenu. La chambre était propre et le service aux repas de qualité. quatre points noirs : l'absence de personnel parlant le français ni de canal télé en français ; pas de réfrigérateur ni cafetière dans les chambres ; une taxe de 30 pesos par personne pour traverser la mangrove et se rendre à la plage ( cela pourrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre ) ; Enfin il faut éviter la période du vendredi soir au dimanche après-midi car les mexicains arrivent, sont bruyants, se baignent habillés et même parfois chaussés dans les piscines, ..........on peut imaginer la suite. Pour devenir international, cet établissement devrait faire respecter des règles élémentaires d'hygiène et de savoir vivre. C'est dommage.

Las habitaciones no están muy cómodas, lo que no permite que tengas un sueño reparador....!

Fue maravilloso realmente una gran experiencia, lo único que no me gusto es que si te pasas por unos minutos te vayan a tocar a la puerta para sacarte
