Cons:

Other people kept running up and down the halls knocking on doors. People upstairs were loud and stomping on floors till after midnight. Otherwise it was super clean, clean and great lobby hang out. Thank you for a great night's stay if it wasn't for other people.

Pros:

Convenient to many stores, restaurants, and interstate access.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable.
Old mattresses and coil springs were felt.
Room service was not up to par. Housekeeping did not speak English and hard to communicate. They didn't know what I needed.
They didn't vacuum the room. 3rd floor rooms were supposed to be pet free. Unfortunately, the room next to us had a dog. Dog smells were noticeable but little barking.
Construction crew trucks should be parked on the side of the hotel, not at the front entrance parking spots where others need close parking due to physical barriers that did not have handicap parking tags. No dresser in the room to place your clothing since we were there for 4 days. So most of my clothing stayed in my suitcase. I'm very disappointed.

All in all my experience was 9.5/10
Pros:

I met a few staff members and all were friendly, helpful will to go thay extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I was very pleased!

Cons:

I wasn't the biggest fan of the pillows on the king size bed. They were fat and stubby. Totally a personal preference thing.

The breakfast was good with a few different options. The pool and hot tub were clean and at the perfect temperatures. The location was convient with plenty of food options and stores around. My hotel room was spacious and felt like home

Pros:

I've been doing a lot of hotels and that was really impressed with the value of this one. I've stayed in hotels three x more expensive than this one, and this a is still cleaner and nicer.
