A home away from home stay with the most wonderful hosts
Pros:

The hosts, Colm and Lydia are just the best! From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome and they went above and beyond to make myself and my four daughters stay as comfortable as possible. Colm is very knowledgeable on the area and will pop his head out to see if we need anything at all. Lydia is a lady, always greeting us with a big warm smile.

Friendly staff on reception (Lydia and Colin). Felt v welcome. Great location. Room as described. Very clean. Mentioned it was my friends birthday and they kindly organised a bottle of prosecco for the room. Very kind.

Highly recommended accommodation in the Cavern Quarter for groups!
Pros:

The accommodation was great! Lydia and Colin made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay and we were even upgraded to a huge room! Would happily stay again!

Pros:

The staff were super friendly. Always on hand. Location was amazing and central. Went with my 8 year old son and he loved how quirky the room especially was with all the bunk beds.

Disappointing stay and very basic room, shower needs a good clean to remove black mold.
Pros:

Location for city centre was good.

Cons:

Window did not close. Shower drips all night, TV did not work. Soap empty in bathroom. Most of the usb sockets faulty. Noisy. Wifi not working.
