The bunk beds are not easy access to get in the top bunks, no reception had to call the property mobile 3 times to get access..

I’ve been trying weeks to get a damage deposit back off the staff and cannot get through to anyone wouldn’t stay again
apart from every smack head in liverpool constantly walking by the front door, they took a deposit off me when i got there, then never paid me back, and is now ignoring me, room was left as i found it too. i wouldn’t waste your money here unless you’re desperate!

room we got was not the room advertised.
6 flights of stairs up, no lift. beds like coffins, bathroom sick wouldn't drain leaving dirty water to sit, toilet seat 2 cracks and no hot water.

air conditioning fixed to outside brick wall and goes all night. kitchen- 4 people and 2 chairs and 2 cups with stains.
