6 flights of stairs up, no lift. beds like coffins, bathroom sick wouldn't drain leaving dirty water to sit, toilet seat 2 cracks and no hot water.

The staff were constantly knocking on trying to access to apartment for a “head count “ . This continued all through the night and early hours of the morning . DO NOT PAY THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT. We’ve been promised the deposit back on multiple occasions , there was no damage whatsoever on the property and they keep saying they are “sending it back” but still haven’t received it back. We’ve rang multiple times which they are ignoring the call, we then rang on a different phone number and they answered the phone to that one so clearly they are ignoring us

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely poor and unhygienic conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel on the 19th July 2025 at the Elenor Rigby Hotel.
Specifically, I experienced the following serious issues:
Silverfish in the Bed – I was extremely disturbed to find silverfish insects in the bed. This is a clear sign of poor cleanliness and pest control, and it made the sleeping conditions both uncomfortable and unsanitary. This mean we was unable to stay at our hotel.
Damaged Walls – The room had multiple visible dents and holes in the walls, creating an overall appearance of neglect and lack of proper maintenance.
Dirty Cutlery – The cutlery provided in the room was unclean and appeared to have not been properly washed, which is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
Upon arrival, I noticed the room was dusty and generally unclean. Surfaces had visible layers of dust, and the room appeared not to have been properly cleaned before my check-in. In addition, there was an overall mess that made the space feel neglected and unhygienic.
This falls well below the standard I expected and made my stay uncomfortable. I urge you to review your cleaning procedures to ensure that future guests do not face the same issue.
These conditions not only fell far short of the basic standards one would expect from a hotel but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable state of the room. Please also confirm that steps are being taken to ensure no other guest is subjected to these conditions.

Right in the city centre next to Matthew street which is great for party groups, the staff were so helpful and the room was clean and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again! :)
