⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very serious situation involving a taxi arranged through the hotel for my father, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with how the management handled it.

From the moment I reported the issue, the General Manager, Emrah Aydin, took immediate responsibility, responded quickly, and treated the matter with the seriousness it deserved. The situation was thoroughly investigated, reported to the relevant authorities, and appropriate action was taken against the driver.

Aside from this, the hotel itself was excellent — it was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout the stay.

What could have been a very distressing experience was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine concern for guest safety. They kept me updated, showed empathy, and ensured that justice was served.

This level of accountability and dedication to guest safety is rare and truly appreciated. Because of this, I would confidently recommend this hotel to others, knowing they genuinely care about their guests.

Fantastic
Pros:

Breakfast was great. All was properly cooked, tasty and rich variety.
Rooms were very Clean.
Manager was super friendly and helpful.
Location of hotel is just few meters from Major metro station and well within market.

Cons:

Inner rooms did not have a window

Pros:

Totul a fost perfect ! Vom reveni cu mare drag ! Am ajuns mai devreme decât ora de check-in ,ne-au permis sa ne cazam .Camerele sunt foarte curate .Personalul amabil și de mare ajutor ,locația bună a hotelului aproape de metrou și tranvai T1.

Pros:

This hotel, you can see was updated and modernized. Love the interior design, very chic.

The family rooms are good enough, bathroom decent size for families

The staff friendly, helpful.

Location is good, nearby tourist sites, shopping, etc

There's shops, restaurants, taxis, etc, all around you so that's a bonus as it's very central to everything.

Cons:

Breakfast terrible, same limited stuff, only 2 hours ( 8 to Q10) , if you go 9am, nothing is left, Major improvement needed here.

The lift is extremely small, we had child in wheelchair, also lots of luggage, we had to leave wheelchair downstairs as it can't fit in elevator, also when arriving and leaving, had to make multiple trips on the tiny elevator with all our bags, vey inconvenient..

It's in busy area, so you can hear noises from outside, the windows needs soundproofing very badly

Other than that, it's value fir money for the price you pay and family rooms are comfortable, decent size.

We stayed 3 nights and you have reactivate your access card every day as it automatically deactivates every 24 hours, so while abit inconvenient, it's not that big deal.

Гарний готель з хорошим роположенням та привітним персоналом
Pros:

Гарне розположення готелю поруч метро автобус який їде в аеропорт. Приїхали раніше часу заселення дозволили поселитися та залишити речі. Номера чисті та на 100% відповідають ціні.

Отель расположен прямо у станции метро, удобно добираться, когда только приехал в город и рискуешь заблудиться в лабиринте улочек. Приветливый перснал, чистый номер, хорошая душевая комната.

Cons:

Маленький минус - окошко в номере маленькое, расположено высоко, поэтому немного ощущение замкнутого пространства. Но это было в описании, просто не увидела при заказе.

Pros:

В отеле очень чисто, номер был довольно большой и оформлен со вкусом. Душевая и туалет были отделаны, по видимому, недавно. Я снимаю отели в Стамбуле примерно в этой ценовой категории, из всех, где жила ранее, этот отель самый чистый и комфортный, горничная подходит сама и спрашивает, не нужно ли что, все ли устраивает, такое впервые видела...Очень доброжелательные сотпудники на ресепшн, помргали ориентироваться в городе. Завтраки тоже неплохие, правда, с местным непривычным колоритом, но выбор был разнообразным.
Очень удобно расположение отеля, прямо у входа в метро Аксарай, не заблудишься.
В следующий приезд в Стамбул остановлюсь обязательно здесь.
