A good place to stay for few days

The checkin staff was very courteous.

Worst service , and at check-in time they do namaste , and gng in from there nothing , room service guys are arrogant , and poor service , not satisfied , and I maybe wrong , I can’t find any lake view villa etc ….

The ambience, Good Staff behaviour, Location of the property.

Everything was good but food price is too costly compared to other places.

It was a very nice hotel with good food,service,ambience and hygience. The staffs were so co operative

For the price, the professionalism is lacking. At the time of checkin, the reception folks ignored us and tended to one large group. One lady at the reception staff however I must single out for helping us get checked in while the main checkin staff couldnt care less. They forgot to take my card at the time of checkin, which did not match my expired card at expedia account and hounded me with calls after my trip and that too during my work day.

During the entire trip, the large group played loud music in the name of a pool party and disturbed all the guests. After I complained about the noise levels, the manager of the restaurant gave us free meals and complimentary boat ride but did nothing to quieten the noise levels, complaining of lack of sensitivity from the vacationers. While I do appreciate the effort to give us freebies, nothing can compensate for the peace and quiet, I was hoping for in this trip. Also I dont get how as a manager, you cannot affect rules and regulations for large groups who want to block common facilities like pool for their private parties.

I must compliment the restaurant staff who was excellent all through the trip. The only saving grace was the food and the restaurant staff.

If you are on a birding trip and dont have permissions for the Nalaban island, you can skip this pricey resort and instead stay at modest places around Mangalajodi.

Hugh property alongside the Chilika Lake. Impeccable service in an awesome resort.

Nice hotel but restaurant need some extra care.we order our food at 1 o'clock that was delivered at 2.45 pm.

Very good adjacent to the lake. The boating and other water related activities have to be started

Outstanding hotel, but you are better off eating at the nearby Chilika Dhaba

Restaurant had flies and food was kept uncovered ! When we entered the Restaurant for breakfast , we found no staff . When the staff entered and took our orders, they started serving the guests who arrived much after us .

A poorly managed hotel .

Go to stay in the hotel if you want to stay inside your room . There is no programme in the Resort . I spent the evening just walking and then drove to eat in Chilika Dhaba at Barakul . Food was very costly and restaurant had flies .

Would not like to recommend the hotel to any one at this stage unless you want to splurge your money for nothing !
