There was electricity cut in the hotel that night and the hotel didn’t manage it probably and when committed with them they didn’t take responsibility and take action.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق ممتعة نظرا لموقعه الممتاز في قلب منطقة شرق بجانب برج الحمرا ومركز الراية والعاصمة مول. الجناح كان ممتاز وخدمني وعائلتي بشكل مريح. الافطار جيد ومتنوع والمرافق والخدمات نظيفة جدا.

Cons:

جدران الغرف ليست عازلة للصوت ويمكنني سماع الضوضاء في الغرف الأخرى. وجود فقط وسادة واحدة على كل سرير. الغرف والحمامات تحتاج لتجديد بسيط لأنها قديمة لكنها نظيفة جدا. كذلك ديكور لوبي الفندق وغرفه تصميمه قديم وكئيب.
