Cons:

I always stay at this hotel and have always been very happy with my experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and very disappointing.

The floor I was staying on had many young children who were running and playing in the corridors, shouting, and banging on doors throughout the night. I was unable to sleep at all.

I contacted the reception and asked them to do something about the noise, but unfortunately, the situation did not improve.

As a regular guest who has always enjoyed staying at this hotel, I was very disappointed with this experience. I believe the hotel should handle situations like this more seriously to ensure that all guests can rest and sleep comfortably.

فندق جيد و لكن يحتاج لبعض التغييرات

الفندق موقعه ممتاز ، الموظفين افضل شي في الفندق ، اللوبي و اجواء الفندق جميلة و حية

Cons:

السجاد في الغرف مستهلك جدا و قديم و لا يليق بفندق 4 نجوم ، الفوط صغيرة و و قليلة و ما يحطون غير وحدة بس !

السرير نظيف و لكن تحس فيه ريحة غريبة من الغسيل و كنت اضطر كل يوم اني اعطر السرير قبل النوم

غير راضي بتاتاً وتجربه لن تتكرر .

الاستقبال سيء جداً لدرجه التهميش
اكلم الاستقبال احتاج ماء تم توفيره بعد الاتصال الثالث مدة الانتظار 40 دقيقه
طلبت من السوبر ماركت وتم توصله للاستقبال ولم يتم توصيله للغرفه لدرجه ان الطلبات ذابت ولم استفد منها علماً انه تم التواصل مع الاستقبال وتم تبليغهم
بعد تنظيف الغرفه لم اجد المناشف القديمه ولاحتى الجديده
ولم يضعو احذيه جديده فقط القديمه المستعمله
الغرفه فيها رايحه ماء مع فرش الوضع مؤسف جدا الفرش متسخ
اسمع اصوات الغرف الثانيه واسمع كلامهم بوضوح
تجربه سيئه جدا ً لن تتكرر
