Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews, with guests noting pleasant smells; however several strong negative comments cite bad room odors and at least one reviewer flagged poor cleanliness, so score is slightly reduced.
Service
9.3
Consistently excellent and repeatedly praised by name (Ernest, Ramil, Alsayed, others) for helpfulness, friendly attitude and going above and beyond, despite a small number of negative staff comments.
Location
9
Multiple guests call the location excellent, quiet and convenient for sightseeing; a minor drawback is vehicle congestion at the main entrance mentioned by one reviewer.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms described as comfortable with occasional complimentary upgrades, but issues reported include unpleasant smells in some rooms, worn furniture/floor coverings, audible corridor/external noise, and elevator problems.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed feedback: the pool is noted but criticized as cold and surrounded by shisha users by one guest; parking is limited and mandatory key-handling caused problems for some, so amenities perform below the top-tier level.
Value for Money
8.8
At least one guest highlighted the price as excellent for the hotel's quality and many reviewers felt the stay offered good value; no widespread complaints about cost.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast was positively mentioned as delicious and relaxing by guests; limited mentions otherwise, so score is slightly above average based on available feedback.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall impressions are largely very positive with multiple long, enthusiastic endorsements and repeat-stay intent, tempered by a minority of strongly negative experiences around cleanliness, staff or facilities.
