Clean and comfortable room, great front desk service and location
Pros:

Good location, clean room, decent amount of space, big comfy bed, good front desk service, lockers available downstairs for storing luggage. Some reviews complained about privacy but the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, and the mirror that hangs over the sink slides across to become a ‘wall’ for the shower if you want total privacy - quite clever use of space.

Cons:

There is some noise from the hallway, the door isn’t very thick, to keep noise out. The bed was tucked against the bathroom partition so can only get in/out of bed on one side. I was in my own so it was fine, but may be trickier for a couple.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rec Barcelona. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was warm, helpful and always welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

The location is honestly one of the best parts of this hotel – very central and convenient, with easy walking access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and public transport. It made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable.

Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Barcelona.

Great location, clean and comfortable and a little sanctuary on the roof!
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, super comfortable and massive beds. Staff always so friendly. Have stayed twice and will stay again.
