Good but a bit overpriced
Pros:

Staff is awesome and helpful. Location is good, large bedroom.

Cons:

No way to have a drink at 9h30 on Wednesday. This hotel been also a pub that's a pity.
The hotel room was a bit old (furniture, painting, etc) while the price was a bit higher than other hotels if the same category in the area.

Pros:

Good location, good parking, space in the rooms, bar was a plus. Friendly staff very helpful

Hot water not working drains slow to drain down. Staff did try to sort not end of the world

Pros:

Really welcoming. Hot rooms, window didnt open much... but that is during a heat wave so I imagine perfect in colder times! Double room compact but nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Shame there was no digital tv (just freeview), that would have been perfect. Great food, great garden...especially for smokers, great vibe and location.

Pros:

Location was great. Staff were great when we had no milk in our room. Found a plaster on the bed sheets which put me off a bit. There was also lots of loose strands of hair in the bunk beds.

Great location but filthy room.
Pros:

Great location to local walks and Snowden.

Cons:

The room stunk of wet dog. The carpet was hoovered but covered in filthy stains. I wouldn't let my children walk on it without their shoes on.
Under the bunkbed was full of spiders and clearly never been hoovered. The bottom bunk was so close to the ground it stunk of the filthy carpet, so my two sons used the middle and top bunk.
Would not recommend u till they invest in a carpet washer.
