I was booked in an executive room. The area is strictly for executive guest only., we have our own pool and balcony but the problem is ANYBODY even if they are not book in an executive suites they can stay in our area. No privacy at all. They can also use the pool, somehow it was crowded na.

Disappointing Stay
We booked this hotel expecting a relaxing getaway from work and our busy schedules. Unfortunately, our experience was a letdown.
The online pictures were deceiving, and the actual room was far from what we expected. The room was dirty, and the property was poorly maintained. The staff, except for Jonathan, were helpful, and the officer-in-charge struggled to communicate effectively.
The room lacked basic amenities like a TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Considering the price, it was not worth it.
The only redeeming factors were the beautiful beach and stunning sunset views.
Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend it.
Everything except Jonathan
the location is perfect true beach front property but the rooms need to be removated.Bathroom undersink door cabinet missing and falling apart.Toilet seat missing .AC sounds like a diesel truck engine.Cable and WIFI not working .TV not working.I complained about the toilet seat cover and I was asked if I really need one.The place set up probably used to be nice but the gardens and the grounds need to be spruced and cleaned.Love the infinity pool facing the ocean.Restaurant food pretty good .Price not bad .Place seemed pretty safe.

Our room was a bit dimmer compare to all the rooms of other resorts that we have stayed in Morong. Kindly change the TV set to a bigger one for the Deluxe room.

Very poor. Rooms gfirst given with toilet plate missing and no water. Too noisy in the dining . Executive room upgraded without toilet paper holder. No soap and shampoo holder. Room is too small. All surroundings is wet. Not recommended and very unsatisfactory review.

The place was DIRTY. . from the entry to the reception. . to the passage going to the rooms. Guests come from the beach without showering and directly goes to the pool area. When we arrived there were no staff cleaning the corridors for water and sand. Room is very sparse. Towels you need to request. Breakfast time is chaotic. Toilet door is almost dilapidated. The room is supposed to be “Premium” but there is absolutel nothing remotely in this room that is premium. Lessons learned for me not to trust in pictures.
The eating area is literally at the beach fromt leaving very little beach sand to move around in. Everything in this place has to be paid for.
We immediately left after checking in and looked for an alternative resort. Am glad of this decision. I paid substantially less for the same 4 pax room but is much cleaner, well appointed and much much quiter place with a much better beach. Although I paid for 2 nights at this resort for a room we didn’t sleep in and paid extra 2 nights for another, I would gladly do it all over again.
Terrible service, starting with check in, room, to restaurant. Worst reception staff ever.
First, the resort blames expedia for not receiving confirmation. The resort owner's email was registered with expedia. (I assume this is because the owner gave his personal email when he initially registered) the reception staff uses another different email.

The reception tells me my booking was a disadvantage to them because I booked a standard room, and since they did not get the confirmation (in fact they did receive the confirmation at the owner's email adddress) they were forced to give me a deluxe room instead.
By tellling me this, i don't know if the reception wants me to cancel my booking or they want me to add extra payment.
We dined at the resort that evening, the food arrived over 1 hour and 15 minuted after we ordered. My daughters got in terrible mood since they were hungry from swimming at the beach.
When I got my bill they charged me with extra food and drinks that I did not consume so I had to argue with 2 of their staff to get the bill corrected. They were implying I ordered but I didn't want to pay right. What's that????!!!
WORST RESORT. WORST EXPERIENCE. DONT EVER BOOK THIS RESORT.
