بشكل عام جميلة وموقعها اسطوري مقابل للبحيرة وقريب السنتر

موقع الشقة جميل جدا مقابل البحيرة وقريبة جدا من عبارات البحيرة الي تروح على بيلاجيو وفيه عباره تاخذ لفه لمدة ساعة وقريبه جدا من السنتر 3 دقايق مشي خلف الفندق مواقف مدفوعة يوم كامل ب
24 يورو الشقة نظيفة بس عيبها ضيقة شوي عندهم غرف اوسع انصح بالحجز ولكن تأكد انك تاخذ غرفة اوسع ومطله على الشارع والحديقة

ضيق الشقة وسعرها مرتفع اخذتها من الخميس للسبت ب 2450 ريال تقريبا

The cleanliness is very poor and the smells are terrible.
Pros:

The location only!

Cons:

When I checked in, I smelled like a dead rat in the apartment! I already talked to the person responsible on WhatsApp because you will not find anyone at the reception. She told me, "I hope the smell is gone!" And there is no soap! I will not come back again

Pros:

the location of the apartment is nice.

Cons:

The only problem is no staff around when there's problem. The electricity was constantly cutting off at night time and the washing machine took forever to finish one wash.

تجربة مخيبة للآمال
Pros:

- الموقع يعتبر جداً ممتاز في قلب المدينة وقريب من السنتر.
- يوجد خلف الفندق مسافة كم خطوة سوبر ماركت كبير مفتوح 24 ساعة.
- سهولة تسجيل الدخول والخروج.
- يوجد غسالة ملابس داخل الشقة
- الموظفة بالإستقبال جداً محترمة ومتعاونة.

Cons:

- أول وأهم سلبية أن الشقة اللي اعطونا كانت مختلفة جداً عن اللي موجودة بالصور !!
- العزل جداً جداً سيء كأنك نايم في وسط الشارع، خصوصاً ان الشارع اللي مقابل يعتبر شارع حي والحركة فيه 24 ساعة.
- عزل الضوء جداً سيء بالغرفة اللي سكنت فيها .. أشعة الشمس تشرق داخل الغرفة.
- نظافة الغرفة والمطبخ و دورات المياه تعتبر متوسطة، بالإضافة إلى أن جميع الأثاث وأداوات الطبخ وإكسسورات دورة المياه أصبحت متهالكة ومحتاجة تغيير.
- لايوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق .. يوجد مواقف عامة بالقرب من الفندق بسعد مايقارب 24 يورو لليلة ولو كان معاك عفش راح تعاني.

Average stay
Pros:

The location was very convenient in a walking distance to both train station and city center. The apartment is pretty spacious with a big terrace, the lady on the reception desk is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment doesn’t feel fresh, although it is spacious it feels like there is not much place to put the things outside of luggage, the kitchen appliances are quite poor and not really clean.
We also had a problem with the door locker which was not opening and we could not enter the apartment in the late evening, fortunately the reception lady came to help us, however it took around 1 hour since reception desk is only open from 11 to 17.
