Pros:

the building itself was really nice, we had a beautiful room and the pool on the rooftop was amazing

Cons:

the only thing we weren't too happy with was the noise outside the building. we sometimes woke up because of people walking past the building and hearing them talk.

Overpriced and rather inconvenient property that should probably serve only as a last resort.
Pros:

Looking at the building on a stand alone basis, it was OK. However, as a value prospect it was very much overpriced.

Cons:

We had a room basically at street level, a disaster in a hotel just off the bar district and with poor sound insulation from the outside. We had persons yelling up until 4am, an experience we have never had. Further, this location is the worst of both worlds, in an older part of town (so no parking and narrow streets) and a long way from the historical real old town necessitating a real hike. There was no place to drive and park to load and unload luggage and no parking available (they referred us to the public parking, with no guidance as to which lot was preferred. Given the price point and the fact that the property does not rise to meet it in terms of ambiance or comfort, I would seriously suggest looking for a better alternative.

Cons:

Due to a family bereavement we requested a date change providing several weeks notice - this was rejected

Pros:

La habitacion chica pero comoda, el hotel moderno y en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicacion no es la mejor pero esta bien. De todas formas nunca tuvimos problemas de inseguridad.
