The staff were lovely! The pool was really nice, petite but really good to grt the sun.
It's very dated! For that price it should bave been in better condition! Our room smelt badly of damp and was very small for our nightly rate which didn't include breakfast. We kept the air-conditioning on to keep the smell at bay. The shower took a long time to get warm and again, wasn't in the best condition.

The location was really good, central & very close to nice & popular bars and restaurants. There are also many supermarkets close by. While the interior design of the hotel looks nice it definitely needs a renovation. Both room & bed were spacious. The staff was friendly & tried their best to be attentive.
The mattress was too soft for our taste, we didn’t sleep that well. The bed table, couch chair & the table in the room were damaged. We didn’t feel super safe to use them properly. The shower was ok but the water was running out & we had to use unnecessarily lot’s of towels to keep the floor dry. This can be easily fixed like the other damaged things in the room.

We paid for the suite and asked for two separate beds. Upon arrival, we once again asked for two separate beds. There were beds connected together in the room, we moved them away from each other on our own, but every time the room was cleaned, they were moved again.
Our room was on the ground floor, and the windows were not the full height of the wall, but only a third, it's always dark, like in the basement, you can't see the sunlight at any time of the day.
The room was dirty, in the closet, there's a lot of dust on the surfaces.
When checking in, we were given a piece of paper with the room number, we went up to it - it was not our room. The receptionist behaved as if we were stupid and confused, crossed out with a pen and wrote a completely different number.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulzaam personeel, stadsplannetje met bijhorende uitleg gekregen, ideale liggeng om stad op wandelafstand te bezoeken. Garage toegankelijk via lift voor kleine wagens.
Ruime kamer, spijtig dat het bed wat in de hoek geduwd stond met weinig plaats om langs de kant in te stappen.
Moderne Badkamer maar niet praktisch, te donker.
Zwembad niet open.
Chambre confortable, bien isolée phoniquement grâce aux volets.
Solarium sur le toit agréable.
