Elegant hotel in a vibrant area
Pros:

Very clean, staff nice and helpful. Lots of great restaurants/ tapas bars round the corner.

Cons:

Wifi was bad in our room, but good in the loby

Cons:

My room needed to pass the hotel courtyard and it was raining.

There is no light in the lift it's totally dark when you enter the lift.

Impressive hotel with unique features
Pros:

Very fancy room with 1.8m extra wide bed why h they particularly left to us given we got small child sleeping with us. The executive room is spacious with historical feature and modern tough, very impressed! And we used the poor for 2 hours as well which is very relaxing albeit small. Staff also very friendly and always willing to help (we bought a whole watermelon in the evening and they took to kitchen to get chef to cut for us which is appreciated!)

Lovely location and helpful staff. Clean rooms and good facilities
Pros:

Really good location and very clean hotel that looks quite fancy! The beds are very comfortable with a proper duvet and pillows. The air conditioning is very good which is needed for the hot summers. The pool was a beautiful addition too.

Cons:

The staff were initially really helpful. However we were charged €64 for 2 days of breakfast at the end! This was really frustrating and disappointing as we were explicitly told that the breakfast was included in our trip. We cannot stress that enough! We didn’t think we’d booked breakfast but was assured it was included but was then told at the end to pay. So we were eating breakfast where we wouldn’t have gone because we thought it was free! The aircon also points directly to your face whilst you sleep which can make it difficult. Some English tv channels would be great for the price of the room but that is okay! Everything else was lovely.

Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno, la struttura è bella e in una posizione abbastanza comoda.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la piscina all'ultimo piano e la struttura in generale.

Cons:

La pulizia non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, c'era polvere e la biancheria della camera non era pulita accuratamente.
Inoltre ho trovato difficoltà di comunicazione con lo staff dato che l'inglese lo parlano poco.
