We loved the location & the feel of this boutique hotel. We had a large room with a kitchenette which we found very spacious & convenient for the start of our days.
There are always small improvements that can be done & I shared with the manager, George who was extremely receptive.
Beautifully styled hotel. Amazing breakfast, exactly like expected. Friendly, professional staff.

Wonderful rooms with the original ground floor former residence of Nobles with high ceilings, great architecture, and .period furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff period furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff great location, walking distance from the old city. Great location, walking distance from the old city. We had a great 4 day stay.
Great location in old town amd near Freedom Square. Very nice breakfast, varied and served with great charm.
Bed was hard and lighting throughout the hotel was too dim to be practical. Nice place a d hospitable staff but overpriced for what it is.
A stylish hotel that has clearly been designed with great attention to detail. We'd also like to mention the excellent and creative breakfasts, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff. And, of course, the Sololaki neighborhood itself is absolutely wonderful.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and the interiors are very thoughtfully curated so that they could sit in a magazine. However, the rooms are do dim because of this uber chicness that you cannot see in them to do anything. There should be proper normal lighting that can be turned on which lights the rooms up fully. You can't do make up in the bathrooms or see anything without bringing torch yourself.
The staff are very friendly and attentive when present. However, this place cannot call itself a 4 star hotel if it only provides a desk/staff between 9 and 5 and a breakfast upon request. There are no staff outside of these hours and no out of hours contacts and the place is empty apart from the guests staying there and there are no restaurants or other drinking or eating facilities. Please amend your google maps entry to indicate you are not a 4 star hotel. I don't even think you can call yourself a 1 star hotel without any contact being available. This should be categorised as an serviced apartment arrangement and not as a hotel.
Great location in the old town, walking distance to all the main central attractions in Tbilisi. We had the balcony room which was lovely and spacious. Lots of cool bars and places to eat on the main st into Tbilisi. The staff were extremely helpful on WhatsApp at all times with local knowledge and recommendations.
The room was beautiful, with lots of care put into design and the service is great. The neighbourhood is full of great shops, bars and restaurants and really close to the old city.
Bardzo mila atmosfera

I have never felt more welcome in a hotel. The administrator and other staff were the most hospitable people, during all periods of stay, from the transfer from the airport to providing me a small favour after my departure.
The room was very clean and very pretty, photographs but you can see that from the photographs.
Breakfast was quite a unique setup - very social, encouraging communication with other guests. And the turkish eggs were worth the visit alone, tastiest breakfast eggs i've eaten (and i am not even a fan of eggs).
There's a beautiful terrace if you want to hang out in the hotel during the day, but its mostly used for smoking.
The administrator also giften us a bottle of the most tastiest Saperavi wine that I have ever had (for our special occasion).
The hotel is 15 minutes walk downhill from Tbilisi historical and cultural centre.
I wish there was more lighting in the room. It's not an issue if you come in summer (lots of daylight), but i was in spring and packing up in the evening, it was lacking. Also an extra shelf in the bathroom would be nice (there's lots of space for it).
