The hotel is very nice. However, the hotel itself is nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like jazz music and Epsom salts, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We were moved here from their sister hotel at the last minute and were told we would receive an upgraded room, but what we received didn’t match the room category or what we had seen online.
The biggest issue was the AC, which barely worked during a very hot summer period, making for an extremely uncomfortable night with almost no airflow. I had also ordered a white wine package, but the wine wasn’t chilled and the fridge wasn’t working, so we never got to enjoy it.
The change in location also affected our plans significantly. What we expected to be a 10-minute taxi ride to our dinner reservation took an hour in rush-hour traffic. For a one-night stay, we lost a lot of time.
When we raised our concerns, we also didn’t find management particularly empathetic or helpful in finding a solution.
A few other things to note: there’s no elevator or real lobby/waiting area, although neither was a major issue for us.

I really love this hotel. It feels quite luxurious (especially the bathroom!) but the decor is interesting and has a local feel – so much better (in my opinion) than an international chain where you could be anywhere in the world. I like the 'communal' concept. The location is outstanding: close to everything, including an excellent shopping strip just around the corner and walking distance to the city centre, but without the noise and the traffic.
Nothing really. The room was a bit stuffy (it was a very hot day), but the air con worked well, and I had a door onto a lovely garden balcony which was fine to leave open except overnight. All very good!
Cosy, comfortable- everything was perfect for me.
Design, sleeping place, bathroom, self check in and check out - so very good thing.

It was very close to the Tblisi centre. A nice walk to freedom square and old Tblisi. George is a nice host!
The staff was amazing, very helpful and create nice atmosphere where you high to guest in hallway.
Breakfast is one of the most enjoyable experiences, nice and personal service.
Their late check in works fantastic.
The place small, so it lack a good evening lounge.

Por decir un punto de mejora, la habitación que nos tocó a nosotros no tenía cortinas opacas y yo me desperté pronto. Pero la otra pareja de amigos si que tenían cortinas opacas. Pero lo dicho, no es una crítica sino un punto de mejora ya que repetiría en dicho hotel 😃
