the hotel has a great location, staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast and the lady serving it - exceptional:) the interior is nicely decorated, the building is old and has a great ambiance

Cons:

unfortunately not a good fit for traveling in groups as the room
has only one key and the reception is open for a limited amount of time, so we had to use very inconvenient lockers

Wonderful!
Pros:

Everything was excellent! The location is fantastic—it's just a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill to the old town, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel has a lot of charm, the room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing; I especially loved the idea of a shared table. There were many options to choose from, and they even provided me with plant-based milk, which I appreciated! I also enjoyed the daily little snack treat in our room. So much attention to detail.

Cons:

Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM, which can be quite late when you have a full-day tour booked. It would be great to have the option for breakfast at 8:00 AM, perhaps just cereals and fruits.

Pros:

O prédio é muito bonito, em um bairro gostoso, a decoração é de bom gosto, a cama era ampla e o café da manhã estava ótimo. Gostaria de destacar que George, o administrador do hotel, é extremamente gentil e nos ajudou com tudo o que precisamos.
