very good location ,about only 5 minutes from either the UENO metro station and airport line. the hotel also serves a very convenient quiet area for guests to take a quick snacks or meal on the 1 or 2nd floor, but the washing and dry machines don't work very efficiently ...

Really good spot to stay, close by the station and many restaurants

Cons:

The size and light of the room, I’m a talk guy i neeed to bend in order to see my fade in the mirror and same to take shower, and the light not enought couldn’t even share properly and my wife had issues to use make up,

- great location- easy to reach from Ueno station
- very friendly staff! And the atmosphere seemed relaxed amongst the employees.
- clean room and bed
- despite being close to a large road I heard nothing and was able to sleep well

- the room was small- but okay for Tokio. It can’t be helped.
