I didn’t like the communication for access was not delivered until close to my arrival date.

The check in was the worst most stressful experience I have ever encountered. Never again.
The property is in a great location but pretty tired and needs to be modernised. 4 x flights of stairs and no lift.

Considering where it is it was q quiet flat.

Dårligt indtryk ved indgang pga. dårligt lugt. Svært at skylle ud i toilet. Seng meget blød. Perfekt beliggenhed.

Location is great, communication was very good. Accommodation was a little tired and scrappy, needs decorating. Booked for 3 people (1 child) but no bedding for the sofa bed?? It was adequate

Perfekt plassering i London for oss. Lett å komme til banen, gå avstand til mange fine steder å se og å oppleve. Leiligheten er litt slitt, men likevel ok. De yngste i følget vårt var veldig fornøyd med leiligheten.
Men alt i alt er vi veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet og området. Kunne brukt denne leiligheten igjen. God forklaring på leiligheten og god kommunikasjon med utleier i dagene før leie.

Property was in a great location, near all bars/restaurants, also very close to tube station. Overall good place to stay while visiting London.

The location is good where a lots of shops and restaurants located nearby. Eating and shopping is very convenient. However, the hotel is difficult to find as it has no hotel name and number shown outside the building. The apartment is a family house with all the facilities. It is clean and big enough for a family. The only problem is no air conditioning and the stairs is very noisy inside the house when going up and down the stairs.

Nice big double upper in Central London...clean, quiet & great staff on hand to help you checkin, out or anything really! Will come back!!!

The property was very clean and well-equipped. Information on the heating system, and local TV stations would have been helpful, as well as local maps, events, etc. More electrical outlets would also be helpful. Other than that it is a great location, helpful staff (more helpful if email communication was acceptable). But a great space at a wonderful location

We book this apartment for 2 nights as in pictures and description it looks nice. Totally wrong!!!!
They don’t tell you that you have 2 floors by a narrow and very inclined stair till u get to the apartment. That the kitchen and living room are in one level above, so more stairs. Bed in main room you could feel the iron pieces of the mattress, furniture cheap and damage, walls dirty and with paints. Toilets so small only fit one person, when put hot water in shower it makes horrible noise. Second room you can’t fully open the door as it crash with the bed.
The location is good but street very noise, you listen everything, even people passing talking under you, as windows not isolated. Living room nothing to be with the photos, very pour and cheap. The back of the building give to an area for more buildings, so all the machines making noise. Far soooooo expensive for such as bad place.

No podria recomendar es demasiado caluroso, no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Pequeño para 3 personas, el sofa cama incomodisimo, la lavanderia estaba fuera del departamento.
Lo bueno es la ubicación, cerca al tren, supermercado, tiendas.

PRO - LOCATION!!! In the heart of Covent Garden and easy to access anything. CONS - unprofessional staff & 57 steps to reach this flat. Expedia noted 2 king beds - not so - double beds. Urban Chic (UC) requires copies of identification & credit card before securing reservation. UC said someone will be there to exchange keys. We contacted UC 30 min upon arrival. UC instructed to text photo of passport. (NOTE - US citizen with US cell phone traveling to London. Couldn't get photo to go thru via text.) We arrived at property & no one there. Called UC (Margaret). Said she didn't receive passport photo & would not let us in. I explained unable to send/receive photos via cell phone. She replied 'not her problem'. I offered to email a passport photo. She replied she was not in office & couldn't receive emails. I asked if someone would be meeting us (like instructed) & I could show my passport. She replied she was not available to come to property. If I didn't text photo of passport - we would not be let in & lose our reservation & no refund. Taxi cab driver allowed me to borrow phone. NOTE - 40 STEEP STEPS to reach 1st floor of flat (bedrooms). Additional 17 STEEP STEPS to reach 2nd floor of flat (kitchen / living room). 57 STEPS! Not a kid friendly - elderly friendly location. Bathrooms are small - only one person & still very claustorphobic. No instructions inside flat. Very noisy all hours of day & night - especially if windows open. Will stay elsewhere.

-Both showers was broken (only hot water in the first, no door in the second), old smelly pillows, duvets and bedcovers, central heating doesn’t work at all. It was pretty cold inside.
