I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at Hotel Plaza Inn. Upon arrival, the front desk staff refused to check me in without any valid reason, and I had to argue extensively just to secure my reservation. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Additionally, the room provided lacked basic amenities such as hot water, napkins, and hand towels, which are standard in any hotel. The overall service fell far below my expectations and the standards I anticipated from your establishment.

I hope you will address these issues promptly to improve your service quality and ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Pros:

Air conditioning was not working properly. Frequent power trip off. Reception staff is not courteous enough to talk and respond to guest. Only one towel was provided for two persons. No wifi access was given. And many more
