The stay was acceptable , the cleaning crew were great and everything was spotless and clean .
The breakfast was complete but the food was mostly cold and sometimes not delicious but over all os was 4 stars due to being complete .
The last day as I was taking off theyvredyce 60 Baths from my deposit , when I asked why the answer was you have drank extra bottles of water though I never drank more tyan the 2 daily bottles and I always bought my water outside !
The staff at the reception were very nice too .
I recommend this place because there is a huge Plaza or mall just 10 minutes walk away with a treat food Thai court and ofcourse American Junk fast foods as well . Try Thai dishes, delicious and mostly fron $2 to $5 .

Floor too cold
Hotel room as previous stay (Suite, most expensive) did not disappoint. Large & well appointed.
Breakfast could have been better, more choice required, ie, better sausages, bacon, etc.
We originally booked for one night, but changed to two after our first impression. We were visiting a friend in the area.
The hotel was the fourth we stayed in during our road trip of the northeast, and without doubt the best. It is clearly newly built on what appears to be a boutique type of hotel. Everything is in mint condition.
Though the hotel is only listed as a 3* the room is really 5*+. It was like an apartment, or self contained flat.
Breakfast was in a small semi-attached restaurant building, and was the usual Thai simple buffet.
The TV room guide showed two sources, DTV & ATV. DTV showed all Thai programming in HD quality, whilst the ATV listing showed English channels such as Sky News, BBC World, CNN, etc.
Unfortunately, in reality, only the DTV channels were active.
If we were staying longer I might have queried it.
The hotel is quite new (only 3 years old). The room was clean and comfortable. The location is good. The service was very good.
overall is good. there are many restaurants around here in the walking distance.

It’s relatively new spotlessly clean nice size room and the bed was comfortable!
It is all good. Even returned after two days for another night there.
First time it was a bit hard to locate it. Make sure you have a Thai person to type the hotel name in Thai into Google maps and press "Go". Anyone is happy to do that, even 7-11 staff.

The hotel is very new. The staff is friendly and helpful. It locates near shopping center, market and restaurants but it’s very peaceful. I will definitely stay there again.
