Important information:

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. It was a lovely expirience, the city is beautiful
Pros:

El hotel esta molt ben situat, l'habitacio es comoda, es petita pero per estar nomes per dormir esta be. El personal molt amable.

Cons:

I didn't like that there wasn't a toilet brush in the toilet, a few more towels, and a bag of garbage in the trash.

A Great Four Days - I Shall Return
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, if one is in town for The Beatles, and the city centre environ.

Cons:

The room could have been a little more spacious, but that's just me.

I am also unsure whether my room was cleaned at all over the four nights, but that might have been me, as I did buy plenty of items.

Finally, I don't think many guests will enjoy the property's windowless rooms, but it grew on me, genuinely.

Great location, worst beds ever.
Pros:

Location was perfect, staff were good and really helpful including communication prior to booking and on the day

Cons:

Possibly the worst bed I have ever lay on. the mattress was Incredibly hard, with the pillows not much better...not sure how anyone could have a good night's sleep on it The bed was the one thing that let the whole visit down....we would not book again, shame as location spot on.

Better mattresses and pillows needed
Pros:

The staff were friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

the rooms are very small but for me the mattresses were flat and not comfy at all and the pillows were flat as pancakes. it wasnt comfrotable at all its probably the worst night sleep ive had. It was also very expensive for what it was.
