Staff good, location good
Mirror dirty with bogeys all over, gentlemen from reception came to look said not acceptable, cleaning staff all gone home so he came and cleaned it. The manager should go round and check up more often
The location - very close to everything in the centre
Tiny box room no windows and our room was on the stairwell so heard everything and everyone
Very friendly and there at reception when needed things stayed there 1 nite was that good I stayed agen 2 days extra and price was fantastic

The location was close to the places we wanted to go
We got to the hotel the tv didn’t work neither did the aircon and the room smelt like sewage . We asked to be changed rooms they told us there was no other room available they said come back to reception at 10 am and wel see if we can change rooms we got to reception and still couldn’t change rooms if I’d of knew that was the case I’d of never booked the hotel in the first place was not a good experience at all and wouldn’t recommend it again I would never stay there again it put a downer on the whole weekend

Well I’m not complaining really because I kind of knew what to expect. I was in a windowless room and there was no space whatsoever. 8” down one side and maybe a 1ft at the bottom of the bed. Rest take. Up by the Toilet/shower area, whicj was clean and functional as was the entire room really.
