Fantastic location with stunning sea views and direct beach access. Crystal-clear turquoise water, pool, underground parking, and Monaco is only 2 km away. Cozy apartment with a sea-view balcony. Ask about renting an air conditioner in summer. Perfect for a family holiday!

Le personnel est amical et l’établissement était assez spacieux. L’emplacement était très esthétique.
Frais cachés. La location de draps coûte 9 euros à l’arrivée, ce qui est clairement mentionné dans les conditions du logement, mais des frais excédentaires de location journaliers par personne sont également imposés ce qui a fait doubler notre tarif de location. Le total pour 8 personnes pour 7 nuits arrivait à environ 150 euros.
-Ubicación muy buena. Se puede acceder directamente a la bonita playa du Golfe Bleu, que se encuenta a poco mas de 5 minutos caminando. Dispone de escalones y no sería viable por ejemplo con silla de ruedas.

-Alojamiento bastante antiguo y sería adecuado alguna reforma sobretodo a nivel mobiliario. Las literas eran antiguas, habitaciones sin ventanas, apenas había enchufes, el baño es pequeño y ni siquiera una toalla para poder pisar al salir de la ducha, no dispone de horno, etc.
-No acabamos de entender que los alojamientos no proporcionen ropa de cama ni toallas de forma habitual y gratis. Esto es un retraso o simplemente un abuso. En caso de necesitarlo se debe de pagar.
Great location — just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful La Buse beach.
On the downside, the facilities felt very dated and the rooms were small. There was no AC (my own oversight for not checking beforehand, but worth noting for others). Overall the apartment looked noticeably older in person than it appeared in the photos.

The apartment is located on a hillside with a nice path down to the beach. It's a really beautiful area, but there are lots of steps up and down to get anywhere. It was charming that way, but also a little bit hard work. The apartment had a decent supply of plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. No other cooking items (like oil or spices), but the kitchen was equipped well enough and there was a dishwasher. The 2 euro morning baguettes were delicious!
The apartment had no windows, just a glass door to the patio. There wasn't much of a view from the patio since we were on the lowest level. If you don't have a car, this is a somewhat challenging place to stay since there's no grocery store nearby and no restaurants all that close to walk to. You pay for bedding/linens - which were clean and nice but we had to make our own beds - and also pay for cleaning which means that the cleanliness of the apartment is really subjective depending on how much effort the last people put in or if they paid for cleaning. Finally, some of the facilities are just a bit dated - like the weird ping pong room.
