Apartamento muy bueno Calidad Precio con vista al mar
Pros:

Piso muy bien equipado con una vista espéctacular sobre el mar. Calidad-precio es muy recomendable!

Cons:

Incluir la limpieza en el precio o informar que se ha de limpiar el piso antes que hagas la reserva

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, mais espace limité et peu d'aisance.
Pros:

L'appartement est très bien situé, tant pour la vue que pour les commodités (à 5 minutes de la gare)
L'accueil à la réception est très agréable, personnel avenant !
Le service parking est un point très positif (même si de mettre mon véhicule dans l'ascenseur n'a pas été un partie de plaisir), vu la configuration du quartier il est fortement conseillé de prendre cette option.

Cons:

On nous a annoncé nous avoir logé dans un appartement pour 8 (réservation initiale pour 6 personnes), geste commercial très apprécié !
Bien que l'appartement soit annoncé pour 8 personnes, nous étions 6 et avons malgré tout trouvé l'espace trop restreint, notamment pour les espaces de vie communs.
Seulement deux petites plaques de cuisson.
Par souci de sécurité, la visserie des lits superposés est à vérifier ABSOLUMENT !

Résidence vieillissante mais emplacement top
Pros:

L’emplacement est top. Vous êtes à moins de 5 min à pied de la gare et la résidence est situé entre Monaco et menton.La vue magnifique

Cons:

Nous avons loué le studio.Nous avons dormi dans la pièce à vivre mais la vmc et le frigo sont trop bruyant , bruit en continue.Le Système de canalisation dans les toilettes n’est pas isolé,du coup vous entendez tout.
