Enjoyable stay. Lovely City. Great food and drink options.
Pros:

Excellent location. Short walk into the city. Numerous bars and restaurants in easy access. Food at the hotel was great. Breakfast excellent.

Lovely place, good location great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was superb, lovely vibe very courteous and professional staff....nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were fabulous and I loved the quirky wallpaper! Breakfast was great - loads of choice and plenty of it! I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Good clean hotel, has restaurant and bar on site. Staff friendly and accommodating. In the centre of the old town, close to the castle and cathedral.

Cons:

Very little to improve, the location in the old town requires a ride from the train station. Not too far but uphill.

Pros:

Room was clean and inviting. Staff very helpful and saw to my every need.

Would hugely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Some fresh fruit in the breakfast area would have been great - a member of staff did find me some elsewhere but would have been nice on the buffet.

Start friendly & helpful. Room comfortable

Bathroom a little chilly .. could do with being bit warmer only towel rail for heating & was controlled

1st class location and experience.
Pros:

This was my 3rd stay at the Tower Hotel. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Check in was seamless. The breakfast was superb and delivered hot. Nothing negative to say. Well Done.
