I was deceived
Cons:

It is a 3 star hotal, not a 4 star as indicated at Booking.com. Poor localization, Poor service, bad breakfast. It is impossibel to have classification 9.1. It is a scam

A spacious and enjoyable stay with stunning lake views and responsive staff.
Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse apartment, which gave us exclusive access to the entire top floor and terrace. The apartment was extremely spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view over Lake Tei, which made our stay even more relaxing and memorable.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. The selection was quite limited, and some of the food did not seem very fresh. We also experienced a leaking air conditioning unit, although the issue was resolved promptly after we informed the reception staff.

Pros:

The breakfast was small but satisfactory, and both the staff and the owners were very friendly and helpful. They kindly provided us with additional parking for our motorcycles free of charge, which we greatly appreciated.

However, the location and the pictures were not entirely accurate compared to reality. The neighborhood did not feel particularly safe, and we were not comfortable leaving our motorcycles outside the hotel. While the hospitality was excellent, the concerns regarding the location and security negatively affected our overall experience

Pros:

Un hotel dragut si foarte curat, cu personal de ajutor, mereu zambitor. Am apreciat ca am putut lasa bagajele inainte de check in si dupa check out, ca am fost anuntata imediat ce camera a fost pregatita, inainte de ora de check in. Va recomand cu drag si daca voi mai ajunge in zona, voi reveni. Va multumesc!

A good & cheap choice north of Bucharest city. It is only 4-5 kms outside the city.
Pros:

The "room" was actually a spacious bedroom & a large lounge. Both rooms had large double-glazed windows, and they could be opened to allow fresh air. The apartment was quiet when the windows were closed, even though they faced a busy road. There is a lovely park a few minutes' walk away.

Cons:

I would have liked a microwave.
