Pros:

La cama muy cómoda, servicio de cocina, lavadora...parking gratuito. y por supuesto, poder apagar la calefacción. ¿Por qué en Alemania en todos los sitios tienen la calefación tan alta? Todo súper bien!

Cons:

Echamos de menos, por decir algo, jabon para limpiar platos.

Definitiv zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal herkommen.
Pros:

Saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft mit sehr bequemen Betten. Von den „Nachbarn“ hört man so gut wie nichts, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

Cons:

Schade, dass es keine „normale“ Kaffeemaschine gab sondern nur einen Kapselautomaten, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.
Und an der Tür im Flur sollte man sich etwas überlegen, dass sie leiser schließt.

Perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage, die Austattung, der Preis. Alles perfekt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in und um Ulm. Die Buchung, der Empfang, alles perfekt. In der Nähe fussläufig alles vorhanden, Rewe, Bäcker, Drogerie. Kommen gerne wieder.

I like the idea they provide everything like coffee machine, backofen, stove and all. Apartment is very clean.

Cons:

They want to save on everything literally on everything, my whole stay they provide one backofen paper? If you plan to cook you have to bring everything with you.. no Salz no oil.. They want to save on soaps too, to wash your hands and take shower you got a small piece of soap.. Rooms are on ground floor, you can't open the windows because of privacy, everyone gonna watch you. No cleaning service until unless you ask.. They have a reception desk but only for a limited time.. Unfortunately if you forgot the keys inside the apartment you have to pay.,. For the price in that location it is bit over expectation.. From last 6 years every week I stay in different hotels and apartments.. So this is honest review.
