It’s a good place
The staff was very responsive to our needs, internet speed, we had lunch at the restaurant and it was very good.
Breakfast was regular, the room was not cleaned after the first night.
Bedsheets never changed for 93 days same were used daily very poor maintenance non of the door was properly locking , they just want to keep collect money and never care of maintenance
Bathroom floor drain fouling smell always

I never stay again anymore booking. Com should visit before taking them in your consideration which will spoil ur name

The room is a good size and though the hotel is on a noisy road we couldn't hear it from the room.
We paid for breakfast but the food wasn't very good.

Food was enjoyable. Bed and sheets were comfortable enough and clean.
The location is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel is just off of a major highway with lots of traffic. There are no ubers in the area, and most Tuktuk drivers do not know its location. Horns from the highway make sleeping difficult. Staff will repeatedly bring things to your room you don't need in hopes of a tip. I would say this hotel is definitely not Westerner friendly.
Both front office staff and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful.

It was a wonderful stay at hotel abhinandna mathura. The staff is so amazing and helpful. Never seen such a polite staff. The breakfast was amazing in terms of quality. The food was sooo good. Special mention for Mr. Sonu from reception and Mr Daksh. This will be my only place for all future stays in mathura.
The hotel is very good, the food is very tasty. Staff is very cooperative. Location is very good. From here you can see all the surrounding places. Car parking arrangement is very good. Security guard is always there. In future if I ever get a chance to stay in Mathura then i Will definitely stay in this hotel..my best wishes to hotel abhinandan..
Our stay was very nice & comfortable and Mr. Sonu at reception was very helpful and very nice person. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. We felt homely in this hotel. The hotel had fantastic décor, as you enter in the lobby you will feel very good and Rooms are very good. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.
