safe English speaking, helpful, outstanding staff
Pros:

what made this Hotel was the staff they were exceptional. They helped us find a scooter. They helped us with our luggage storing it. They helped us find good places to eat. They serve excellent cheesecake there by the way I don’t think I can meet a nicer staff anywhere in Thailand

Cons:

I could only eat one piece of cheesecake

พนักงาน ผญ บริการแย่ แจ้งว่าไฟเสีย ทำท่าท่า ฟึดฟัด แล้วกลับมาบอกว่า ย้ายห้องนะ เก็บของให้เรียบร้อย ปิดไฟให้ด้วย เอากุญแจไปให้ก็หันหลังให้ลูกค้าเหมือนไม่อยากคุยด้วย
