предпринять какие-либо меры на основании всех отзывов
Pros:

только местоположение

Cons:

1. очень старая мебель, не соответствует фотографии на букинге
2. смесители в ванной сломаны
3. завтрак входит в стоимость, ресепшен сказал, что работает ресторан с 7/00, только в 8/30 еле как открыли ресторан и сказали, что повар заболел и никто им ничего не говорил и посетителях

Cons:

Очень грязные прокуренные номера, дверь не закоываюеся снаружи, ничего не работает. Хотя персонал любезный, предоставили номер бөлее или менее нормальных если можно так сказать, в сравнении с первоначальным номером. Гостиница давно не видела ремонта, есть отдельные номера с ремонтом типа, но прокуренные до не возможности.

Хорошее расположение, большие панорамные окна

Cons:

Выбрал третий номер. В первом было сильно накурено. Во втором отсутствовали шторы при панорамных окнах на первом этаже).

Месторасположение для нас было отличное. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Ни одну просьбу не оставили без внимания ребята с ресепшина и сотрудница ресторана.

Понравилось местоположение. Всё рядом-магазины, обменник, рынок. Хорошо ходит транспорт

Cons:

Отель очень и очень уставший. Номера не видели ремонта очень давно. Мебель старая, белье старое, на третью ночь простынь порвалась. В номере нет вешалки, нет шкафа для одежды. Все вещи складывали на стул и подоконник. Шторы грязные и рванные. За четыре дня не убрались ни разу. За туалетной бумагой ходили сами. Второй этаж в ремонте. Отель небольшой, но можно же поддерживать чистоту. Телевизор не работал, кондиционер включить не куда - нет розетки. Шнур до нижней розетки не достаёт. Элементарные вещи, но никто не следит за этим. Для меня в выборе отеля былр главное распоряжение. Это был единственный плюс, к сожалению.
