The location was convenient, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Helpful staff, efficient service.
Our booking included a complementary breakfast, which is the only meal we had at the hotel. The food was very good and the waiting staff was efficient.

Cons:

There was some sort of work going on in the building, which would start at 7 am in the morning. It was so noisy that it woke us up. Although we complained to the Reception, it continued so we had no choice but to wake up once the noise started. This happened on all three mornings.
The bathroom would get flooded if two people took a bath one after the other.

Not welcoming to non-Indians
Pros:

The facilities were OK, all in working order.

Cons:

I had the feeling that if you are not from India, you are not welcome at Rajhans. We were stared at all the time by surly waiters, and when I was finally presented with the bill at 11 pm before I had to leave (at 2 am), it turned out they do not accept credit cards from outside India. So I had to go looking for ATMs in dark streets with nothing but beggars and fighting dogs (nobody from the hotel even offered to go with me to find the nearest ATM) to scrape together the $400 in cash to pay for the bill. Nobody in the hotel had told me about this before, and NOBODY walks around there with $400 in cash, and virtually no foreign tourists have Indian credit cards, I suppose!
