If you don’t mind public showering, this is a very nice capsule hotel.
Pros:

This is a very nice capsule hotel that feels more like a spa retreat. They really need to update their photos because the current ones don’t show how nice the place is.
- There’s a bar/restaurant on-site with reasonable prices.
- The public bath and sauna was pretty nice. There were three washers/dryers in the changing area.
- Capsules were spacious with its own locker. There were a good amount of staff that spoke English too.
- Very close to Tokorozawa station with lots of shops and restaurants around.

Cons:

- You have to leave suitcases with the front desk and can’t bring them to your room.
- Not a big deal, but I had requested a lower bed but received an upper even though there were lower beds available during my stay.

Pros:

お風呂もサウナも値段以上でした。

Cons:

施設の利用の仕方が分からなくてまごまごしてるとき(ex.朝食の時にトレーをもらうところから始まることがわからず、ウロウロしちゃったり)に、スタッフさんを呼び止めたりするのが気が引けるので、もう少しわかりやすいマニュアルを部屋に置くか設備前に掲示出すかしといて欲しい。
