Amazing getaway stay
Pros:

Incredible place! Nicely located, polite and helpful staff, flawless checking in and out processes. For us the breakfast was included in the stay, it wasn't too various but still fulfilling and had lots of options. The room itself was impeccable: squeaky clean everything, very fast areas of the room itself and the bathroom, comfy bed and mattress, thick curtains for morning sun. Despite not having the AC, as mentioned in the description, the room was perfect temperature and airflow, we didn't even need to open the windows and didn't feel cold during the night. And the view was breathtaking (adding the photo), especially that we didn't expect it to be so picturesque for a hospital complex. The provided Visitors Card allowed us to fully benefit the unique Lausanne metro, which we gladly did, not worrying about the pay, since the card covers the whole period of stay (unlike only 1 day in other cities). Definitely recommend this place! Yes, a bit pricey, but we enjoyed it the most during our travels

Calme, propreté, confort. C'est la seconde fois que je viens et je pense réserver à nouveau prochainement.

Pros:

Preislich unschlagbar als Familie; wunderbarer Blick auf die Stadt; reichhaltiges Frühstück; sehr freundliches Personl

Cons:

Alles wunderbar, man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass das Hotel an ein Krankenhaus angeschlossen ist, was ausserhalb des Zimmers natürlich auch z.T. so wahrnehmbar ist. Und hat es aber gar nicht gestört.

Hôtel atypique, confortable, prestations de qualité, personnel d’une grande gentillesse
Pros:

Hôtel super bien situé, proche de la ligne de métro 2 parfait pour tous les déplacements dans les endroits intéressants de la ville. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, très propre. Buffet du Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le personnel a l’accueil et au restaurant est très sympathique, souriant et de bons conseils.

Tout était parfait.

Tout est formidable : propre , central , accueil , carte de transports gratuits , petit déjeuner extra !

Tout est propre , simple , beau et fonctionnel

Parfait!
Pros:

Nous venons depuis une dizaine de fois lors des visite de notre fils à Lausanne. A chaque fois nous bénéficions du même service irréprochable. L’accueil chaleureux, des grandes chambres propres, le petit déjeuner (inclus !) avec un énorme choix dans un salle agréable. Petit plus mais non négligeable: L’Hôtel vous donne un accès gratuit à tout le transport publique du Grand Lausanne pendant la période de votre séjour. Vraiment très satisfait sur toute la ligne.

La vue magnifique sur les Alpes. La chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le calme. Le petit dej en salle très copieux jusqu'à 10h.

Pros:

Public transport card - pro pohyb po městě velmi užitečné. Chutné snídaně. Přátelský personál. Krásný výhled z terasy na jezero a hory.

Cons:

Vybavení pokoje je slabší. Uvítal bych mini ledničku a lžičky na kávu, když už je tam kávovar a stoleček na terasu.
