We had a wonderful three day stay at the Otivm! Our room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, nice big towels, and plenty of hangers in the closet (important!). The roof bar is quite lovely for breakfast or an aperitif. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and Lucca the manager is a wonderful guy who has great recommendations. Plus the location is excellent, especially for a first-time visit to the Eternal City. Highly recommended!

Отель, возможно, один из лучших в вечном городе. Расположен не просто в центре, а на пересечении основных римских дорог ведущих к главным жемчужинам, таким как Колизей, Капитолий, Витториано, театр Марцелло, Марсово поле и др. Говорят, все дороги ведут в Рим, добавлю, а в Риме - все дороги ведут к этому отелю. Согласитесь - это очень удобно и приятно.
Что касается персонала, то, как большинство римлян, они жизнерадостны, приветливы и простодушны. Общение с ними - одно сплошное удовольствие. Очень хорош управляющий Лука, который сможет ответить на любой ваш исторический, философский или бытовой вопрос, его молодые и симпатичные помощники тоже на высшем уровне. И ведь когда очаровательная девушка вдруг начинает говорить с вами по-русски - это что-то да значит! А завтрак на веранде - это что-то невероятное! Это настоящий театр на крыше. Это спектакль одного актера - имя его Джоржо. Он так артистично вас обслуживает, что возникает ощущение, будто вы участвуете в итальянской комедии Дель Арте. Но не только Джорджо и не только парящие над вами чайки, но и сам вид с веранды - сделают ваше утро в Риме незабываемым! А проведенное в отеле время - превосходным! Otivm - отель в который хочется вернуться!

Pros:

Everyone is very friendly! Breakfast is on the beautiful roof terrace.

Cons:

Some things in the hotel and the rooms are a bit dated (the decor, the drains in the shower fill up), but it’s an older building in a great location, so perhaps to be expected

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein ruhiges und großes Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett. Sauberkeit, Service und Frühstück waren ebenso sehr gut, einziges Manko, was der Lage und den örtlichen Gegebenheiten geschuldet ist, daß es bei Regen oder Kälte nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an geschützten Sitzplätzen zum Frühstücken gibt. Das wird aber mehr als aufgewogen durch ein Frühstück bei schönem Wetter auf der Dachterrasse.

Un hotel chico muy bien colocado.
Pros:

La terraza que tienen para el desayuno y tomar una copa en relax. Ojo con dejar comida sin vigilat ya que las gaviotas tienen por costumbre robar alimentos en los platos que ven solos encima de las mesas.

Cons:

Talvez le falte algo de personalidad en la decoración.

Everything - Location, Rooms, Cleanliness, Very good Breakfast, Access etc.

Cons:

Shower was inside the bedroom, outside the toilet. A little different setup than most rooms we lived in. People sharing the room need to be comfortable seeing each other showering with transparent class shower set up.

Pros:

Exceptional stay. Room was great, the service and the staff were exceptional. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and drinks, with amazing view of Altare della Patria. Best location in Rome for visiting: we could walk easily to every key location in Rome. Strongly recommend Otivm Hotel.
