Terrazza magnifica e vista superlativa. Ottima posizione centrale ma in una via silenziosa quindi nessun disturbo che per Roma non è scontato!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Otivm in Rome and would happily stay here again. The location is simply outstanding – we were able to explore almost the entire city on foot. The Colosseum and many other famous attractions are within walking distance, and for destinations a little farther away (like Vatikan City), bus stops are just a short walk from the hotel.

One of the absolute highlights is the rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking view over the city and is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Giorgio, who made every breakfast a great experience. He not only introduced us to local specialties but also prepared fantastic coffee every morning and always greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely kind throughout our visit.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was beautiful—clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It made our stay even more special.

One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and we loved that they served complimentary snacks with our cocktails. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning, which was a nice touch.

The level of hospitality we experienced truly stood out. Every interaction with the staff was warm and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

Thank you for making our trip to Italy so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Small, intimate hotel with authentic Sicilian style and charming people

The location is excellent - walking distance to most historic attractions. The hotel is clean, comfortable and trendy, plus the rooftop bar that doubles as your morning breakfast location is a unique feature. The staff are very friendly and make this boutique hotel like staying with friends.

nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hotel. l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter toute la ville. L'hotel est central et nous a permis facilement de visiter la plupart des principaux quartiers.
c'est un hotel très confortable, avec un personnel très attentionné et bien impliqué. La chambre était très agréable et propre avec une très bonne literie. le rooftop est vraiment un plus pour se détendre. Nous y reviendrons sans problème. une adresse a retenir.

The front desk staff was always super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting important Roman sights and also experiencing a vibrant neighborhood with food and character.
