This booking site made a reservation that was later cancelled by the hotel. We were in the parking lot when we were notified that they had no room for us, which left us stranded without a place to stay.
Lack of communication with booking sites. Lack of concern for travelers left with no place to stay late at night.
Everything. It was my second time staying at the Drury Inn. My room was comfortable and the service was exceptional.

never again will WE stay with Drury Half rolls of toilet paper in the rooms what about cleanlyness others shit or boogers on that paper discussing NEVER again and my duaghter has 3 more years at Mizzu not enough food at breaktfast rippoff

This hotel was quite nice. Meals (both breakfast and kickback) were very good. Excellent amount of self-parking around the hotel. Area is nice and parking lot well lit. Staff were friendly and competent. Rooms were clean and comfortable (we stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 Queen/1 sofabed suite). Coffee was exceptionally good; actually the coffee here is better than in the several other Drury Inn's and the other 5-6 hotels we stayed at recently. I was so impressed, I asked the staff why this was -- especially why the coffee here was even better than the other Drury's (including Drury Plaza Santa Fe) that we stayed at. They told me that the regional manager here specifically selects the coffee they use here. That sort of attention to detail shows through. Highly recommended.
Bed wasn't very comfortable and having barking dogs next door.
Ruby, the front desk agent, was very unfriendly, borderline Rudy. She should work on your customer service skills.
