Впечатления сложились положительные. Так как видно былое величие этой гостиницы. Такой дух 90-х!
Pros:

Хороший отель. Видно былое величие! Завтрак отменный, шведский стол. Вкусно и хороший выбор блюд. Ресторан работает до 2-х ночи. Готовят много и вкусно! Администратор за стойкой всегда приветлив и доброжелателен. Ребята в ресторане отличные! Очень удобное расположение от "Арена Алматы". 30 минут пешком.

Cons:

Не было в ванной геля для душа. В номере немного портил вид кондиционер скрытый полиэтиленом. Несвежая мебель. Номер для некурящих пахнет сигаретами.

Слышимость с улицы и с ресепшен отличная!!!
Pros:

Номер соответствует фото , чистый, были косметические принадлежности , тапочки, зубные щетки .

Cons:

Номер находился на первом этаже , бесконечные разговоры на ресепшене были отлично слышны в номере, даже ночью разговоры не прекращались! Также в 2-3 ночи собирались люди у окна нашего номера и разговаривали , веселились. Невозможно было спасть.
