מלון מסודר ברמה גבוהה שנמצא במיקום מעולה בסמוך לפארק עירוני, מגוון של סאונות, ארוחות בוקר טובות עם מאכלים בסיסיים מצד אחד, אבל מצד שני כל אחד יכול למצוא את המאכלים שהוא אוהב, מענה מהיר לכל בקשה קטנה. אם נגיע שוב לולינגרד, נשמח לשריין מקום לינה שוב במלון הזה.

ברז מיים מינרליים מחוץ למלון, מתקנים נפתחים בשעה 9.00 בבוקר, רצוי היה שייפתחו ב 7.00 כדי שיהיה אפשר לשחות או להתאמן בחדר כושר לפני ארוחת בוקר.

הספא נחמד מאוד. לא היה מזיק להאריך את משך פעילות בג'קוזי שלא כל דקה צריך לחדש פעילות. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה ביותר כוללת מים, לא כפי שצויין בתגובות אחרות. האוכל היה חם כפי שצריך.

Cons:

לקחתי חדר ללא עישון, אבל עובדי המטבח דאגו לעשן בחוץ והעשן נכנס לחדרים, מה שאילץ לסגור את החלון. אותם עובדי מטבח גם דאגו לדבר בקולי קולות מ 6:30-22:00, ואז התחילו הכלבים בשכונה לנבוח כל הלילה.
המזרן היה רך מידי והמיטה נמוכה, דבר שמקשה את הקימה למבוגרים.
המקלחת היתה טובה מאוד אבל האמבטיה גבוהה וקשה למוגבלי תנועה לצאת ממנה. אחרי הכל למלון ספא לא מגיעים צעירים בעיקר.
