Персонала беше доста любезен! Апартамента е голям, както и банята! Всичко беше чисто

Имаше леки забележки относно дистанционното за климатика, не работи много добре, дистанционното за телевизора и то, имаше прекъсвания на телевизията, но наистина това са дребни неща :)

В хотела беше спокойно както в ресторанта, така и в СПА центъра. Локацията е отлична - точно на центъра.

Cons:

Душ кабината е изключително малка, трудно е човек дори да се наведе. Някой по-едър трудно би влязъл дори. Храната може да е малко по-разнообразна.

Pros:

Първо ни направиха впечатление уютната стая и отличната чистота в целия хотел. Храната беше изключително вкусна и разнообразна както за закуска, така и за вечеря. Всичко се поднася на богата блок маса, като веднага щом някое ястие свърши, персоналът веднага зарежда отново. Има голям избор и винаги има от всичко. Силно препоръчвам!

Cons:

За съжаление обаче, преживяването ни беше сериозно помрачено от състоянието на СПА зоната. Температурата в цялото помещение беше твърде ниска, а водата в основния басейн и джакузито- прекалено хладна. Чистотата на водата в басейна беше добра, но поради ниската температура е невъзможно да се отпуснеш, а при по-дълъг престой става наистина студено. Другият басейн (тип термален/лековит) до джакузито беше с неприятен жълт цвят, което ни отказа да го ползваме.
​Зоната със сауните и парната баня също не беше добре отоплена. Липсата на достатъчно топлина не позволява на тялото да релаксира, а халатите остават мокри и студени, което създава допълнителен дискомфорт.
​Въпреки че останалите аспекти на хотела ни харесаха, основната цел на почивката ни беше СПА релакс, а при тези условия той е невъзможен. Поради тази причина не бихме повторили посещението си, тъй като когато СПА зоната не е поддържана топла, се губи смисълът от целия престой.
