Cons:

Definitely our favourite spot in Sandanski
Pros:

Great hotel, spa and facilities, everything is convenient and a good infrastructure inside the hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Cons:

The position of the hotel is a bit outside, so walking for a dinner out is complicated. Parking was full, but outside it is possible to park too.

A great hotel with unfortunately awful customer experience from reception
Pros:

this is a great hotel in a beautiful setting, breakfast buffet is very good, housekeeping service is top, very nice pools, playground for kids, room size good

Cons:

for this kind of a hotel, the reception staff is AWFUL!!! for any kind of a hotel..... Our welcome by Vasxxx lady was that check in is at 2pm. Repeated it 2x and it looked like she is done with how she welcomes guests..... Then she finally offered to leave bags there, or go for a coffee etc.
Check out was a very similar awful situation when they gave me a paper with an amount I shall pay. Our stay was fully pre-paid, they couldn't see it.
Our bad is that we don't speak Bulgarian, the staff who we dealt with had bad English and really doesn't make you feel welcome. Awful. We avoided reception whenever possible.
Very sad as they are the first and last representatives of the hotel.

they allow people in the outside pool smoke, while they are actually in the pool (disgusting, but maybe the guests just didn't respect the rules)
