Chambre non conforme à la description
Pros:

Avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes sur le site alors qu en fait il ny a pas la possibilite de mettre un extra bed. Avons du renoncer à prendre cet hôtel qui semblait miteux par ailleurs. Résa donc annulee et avons s du trouver un autre établissement.

Pros:

Big Daddies would not accept our paid confirmation and we had to repay for the room. I will expect Hotels.com not to charge us for the room. Other then that the stay was fine.
