Pros:

The front desk was rude and arrogant. Before I showed him my reservation. He said “no reservation” in a condescending tone. After I showed our reservation and my husband stepped in speaking Turkish did his attitude change. The hotel spent the remainder of our stay trying to make amends with complementary fruit, Turkish coffee and candy. Too late for me. In addition, the cigarette smoke was overwhelming in the hallway.
