Esperienza orrenda
Pros:

L'hotel era in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro e qualsiasi tipo di servizio.
Ottimo parcheggio interno.
Lhotel da fuori sembra nuovo.
Peccato che....

Cons:

Quando entri per andare alle stanze non c'é nemmeno una rampa per le valigie oppure per chi é disabile. Nel prendere l'ascensore devi pregare in tutte le lingue che sai, perché non si blocchi o resti dentro.
Appena entri non c'è la reception, nessuno che ti accoglie. Chi ci ha accolto era un ragazzo preso cosi a caso dal negozio davanti l'hotel che ci ha messo in contatto telefonico con il responsabile il quale non ci ha neanche avvisato che: una volta entrati in camera, non ci sarebbe stata l'acqua e questo lo sapeva benissimo dalla mattina.
Questo ha recato grandi disagi sopratutto perche ci ha assicurato piu volte che sarebbe arrivata, ma dopo piu di 12 ore non c'è l'avevamo ancora.
Ci ha fornito solamente 2 bidoni di acqua per scaricare i bisogni fisici e lavarsi. Assicurandoci che sarebbe tornata il giorno successivo (plot twiste) non è mai tornata.
La mattina dopo chiediamo uno sconto per questo disagio e il manager ci risponde in modo brusco e maleducato dicendoci che non dovevamo insegnare a lui come fare business e neanche come fare il suo lavoro, gestire i clienti e nè stabilire un prezzo.

Pros:

The room is extremely spacious, the bed is huge and very comfortable, the balcony is big and has enough space to relax and very well located.

Cons:

The furniture is a little bit old, the shower is leaking a bit (what makes the water go through everywhere) and the shower takes time to get warm.

I am very pleased with everything the hotel has to offer. It surpassed my expectations
Pros:

The property was located very close to the city center—walking distances from major attractions. At the same time, it was extremely peaceful so I was able to rest. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
