La vicinanza con la basilica Santa Maria degli Angeli
La presenza di un posto auto privato anche se su asfalto solo 1 posto gli altri nel prato.
La gentilezza e disponibilità della receptionist e della cameriera alla colazione.
Era ben riscaldato.

Cons:

La struttura è un pochino "passatella". La presenza di cani che abbaiano, una sera anche dentro la struttura sono dovuta salire dai proprietari che stanno al terzo piano perché i cani abbaiavano sulle scale e rimbombava tutto giù dalle scale fino alla camera. Dopo si sono zittiti.
La sera dopo si sentivano fuori dall'hotel, non so se i loro o di altri ma non è piacevole.
Inoltre l'albergo è quasi sulla strada anche se poco trafficata.

Hotel molto carino, pulito e in ottima posizione
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, di fronte Santa Maria Degli Angeli, personale molto gentile e accogliente, stanza molto pulita. Buona la colazione e servita al tavolo da due gentilissime signore.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, il materasso e i cuscini. Il primo molto duro, i secondi troppo sottili.
