Solid value choice
Pros:

The service at reception was excellent and very welcoming. Overall cleanliness was very good (cups in cupboard a bit dirty but nothing drastic) apartment was totally fine, certainly very good value and spacious and comfortable. The polish club on floor above played loud music until 1am on Saturday night so be aware of that but I still slept!

Nice well appointed apartment with own patio area. Warm and comfortable with a fridge, washer, cooker and microwave. Some black mould in shower let the place down a little, but nothing too serious.

Apartment: Great. Surrounding: Not so great
Pros:

Local area isnt the best. The building doesn’t look great on outside. Its on a main road and the apartment located on top of a restaurant and entertainment floor. Lift also seemed slightly tired. In bed at night area was loud throughout the nights and could hear everything from the next apartment and people in the hallway. Matteresses were also uncomfortable and seem to need to change. However the rest of the facilities were good. Large tv’s, sofa, dining table, kitchen, microwave, dishware, fridge (no freezer however) and bathtub (with shower). So can’t fault the actual apartment and its facilities but surroundings, noise and mattress lets it down badly.

Pros:

Last minute booking and was amazed at the price - was staying on own and place is massive, very clean and well maintained.
Only gripe was the use of venetian blinds in bedrooms - they never keep light out so woke up at daybreak which wasn't a problem as had early meeting

The apartment was said to be ground floor in the information but it was upstairs with a lift. the apartment was extremely spacious and clean. Lovely kitchen area and a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom . the building looks quite shabby from the front outside but once in the apartment it is so different. The only downside is that it is on a busy main road and the traffic noise at night is loud. may be their double glazing needs upgrading. Having said that, for the price it was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a large parking area.
