I still rate it a positive stay because we always enjoy staying with this brand of hotel.
Pros:

It was clean! Breakfast was wonderful.Staff were very kind. We used the pool but it was not heated. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

I paid more for a handicapped accessible unit. The bed was too high, the toilet was not raised, and it was a normal tub/shower style in the bathroom. Kinda lost my dignity having to have my adult daughter help me in and out of the shower. They were booked up for reunion and wedding so I didn’t ask to move. I pride myself on my independence.

Excellent! When we are in the area again we will stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Hotel & room were clean.
The front desk clerk was very friendly & professional. The Hotel was supporting the “Make a Wish” for 2 local children. Awesome! We donated to the worthwhile cause!

Have complaints! Enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay
Pros:

The were friendly and professional. We stay at the one in mount pleasant,wi. The room and hotel was very clean and smelt clean. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of food to choose from. It was really quiet. The room was really spacious. The hotel is worth the money to stay there. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Becca the AGM and sales manager provides true hospitality for all. She went above and beyond to accommodate our baseball team. She has set a new standard and we will definitely be back in the future.

Once Was Enough
Pros:

This hotel is convenient to the Army Reserve center and just off the highway. It was clean, comfortable, and had a good breakfast. However, the employee that checked us in was rude with low hygiene standards. And while the hotel website doesn’t mention it, the hotel operates a sleep clinic for a local hospital on its 4th floor. You’ll see signage as you enter. This definitely gave me a weird feeling and had I known, I would not have booked this hotel. Would not stay here again.

The cleaning staff is very friendly, I asked Monserrat if she could do a full service to my room and she did an good job
Pros:

My stay at the hotel was amazing and comfortable.My room had a pleasant smell and was very clean. The breakfast is very good, the gym is small but functional and I didn’t have time to enter the pool but I will do it my next stay.
The location is good because there are food stores nearby, there is even a McDonald’s so close that you can walk yourself

A great experience all around!
Pros:

Had a great experience with our family at the Mount Pleasant Holiday Inn Express. Room was clean and very nice. Lobby, pool, workout area and breakfast area were all very nice and well maintained. Laura at the front desk was a huge help with any questions we had. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with many options, all of which were delicious. Beverly was a delight to talk with and blessed us with how attentive she was as our family got our food and enjoyed our meal together. All around a wonderful stay! Genuinely would recommend to others!

Extraordinary service, amazing staff this is why I consistently choose IHG
Pros:

Ms. Dee, the housekeeping manager was fantastic, excellent customer service and attention to details along with her staff.

Also Ms. Robin's greeting and warm smile were a comfort during the well presented breakfast.

And the regional manager Ms. Becca was kind ,knowledgeable and helpful.
