Wonderful
Pros:

Everything from location, room comfort, cleanliness and most definitely Ms Robin. I don’t know what her position is but she’s very welcoming and a sweet kind lady. She made our breakfast experience always nice and wonderful. We’ve been back for over two weeks now and my 5yr daughter is still talking about her. I know Ms Robin will always be in her memory.

Cons:

Ms Robin made it to were I’ll be ashamed to have something I don’t like about the place.

Wonderful stay and we will be back.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast and very comfortable beds! Friendly and helpful staff. (My husband was thrilled there were so many GF options.)

Cons:

We thought there was a hot tub and was disappointed there was not one. Wish there was another suitcase rack to bring/take luggage to/from the car. We had to wait for availability.

Holiday Inn Express Racine is always an outstanding place to stay. 5 stars!
Pros:

I have stayed at this property many times. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff has always welcomed me and made sure that everything meets my expectations. The breakfast was excellent and included, yogurt, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, pancakes and many other items.
