Pros:

Es war einmal mehr ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das ganze Team vom Arlenwald hat uns wie jedes Mal herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für uns ist es jedes Mal fast wie ein "nach-Hause-kommen". Wir fühlen uns im Arlenwald jedesmal pudelwohl und hoffen, dass wir noch viele Male die Gelegenheit dazu haben werden, im Arlenwald Gäste zu sein.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Man kann mit den Skiern zum Hotel oder auf die Piste. Der Bus hält ganz nah vom Hotel. Frühstück war fein. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Küche liegt im Eingangsbereich. Es war manchmal riechbar was gekocht wird. Im Zimmer war davon aber nichts zu bemerken. Aber das ist "jammern auf hohem Niveau"* ;-)

Für Kurzskiurlaub genial!
Pros:

Die tolle Lage mit direkten Zugang zur Piste! Parkplatz beim Hotel.

Cons:

Starker Küchengeschmack in grossen Teilen des Hotels.

Die Lage war super, tolle Aussicht, ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Frühstück sehr dürftig. Das Birchermüsli hat gerade einmal für die Hälfte der Gäste gereicht, danach gab es keines mehr. Brot, Fleisch und Käse musste man immer wieder nachbestellen. (2 Scheiben Schinken, 2 Stück Käse, 4 Stück Salami wurde aufgetischt für 2 Personen. ) Ich hätte für diesen Preis definitiv mehr erwartet.

ECCELLENTE SU TUTTI I PUNTI DI VISTA

Hotel piccolino, ma davvero confortevole, stile anni 80
Colazione buona, forse aggiungerei delle torte fatte in casa
Tutto quello che cucinano è fatto in casa e buonissimo, ci siamo trovati bene sia nel ristorante aperto al pubblico esterno che nel ristorante interno all'hotel
Servizio sauna davvero bellissimo, privata e molto pulita
Camera pulita e spaziosa
Stanza per appoggio sci perfetta
posizione ottima, proprio davanti alla risalita delle piste
Ho amato tutto lo consiglio vivamente
Heinrich il proprietario è davvero bravo, socievole e soddisfacente per tutte le richieste

Cons:

L'unica cosa è stato il check-in, ci abbiamo messo un pò perchè non c'è una vera reception, ma devi andare a cercare il proprietario che spesso è in cucina, ma noi eravamo in ferie quindi non eravamo di fretta

Pros:

A very charming and intimate hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
It's the sort of place where you can easily strike up conversations with the other guests.

Cons:

The house is quite old and you can hear a lot through the walls. Some rooms have somewhat of an odour, not disturbing but noticeable.

Sehr gemütlich und erholsam!
Pros:

Sehr tolles, zuvorkommendes Team, phänomenal feines Essen und traumhafte Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht und sehr heimelig-gemütliche Zimmer mit uriger Einrichtung und modernen Bädern. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen!

Es war Traumhaft angenehm in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Einfach alles, super freundliches Personal, alles klein aber fein. Die Zimmer mit einem HAMMER ausblick auf die wunderschönen Bergen in Arosa. Das Zimmer war immer sehr geheizt (frieren musste man da nie). Das Frühstück sehr fein und super direkt von der Küche serviert und frisch zubereitet. Der Skikeller grad ums Eck auch super (sogar mit Heizung für die Ski/Snowboardschuhe). Es herrscht eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel. Auch super System mit diesem zwei-Schlüssel- Prinzip.
