C’est une super 🙌
Pros:

Un. Accès rapide dans la chambre avec un système informatique qui marche très bien.
Plan centre-ville, pas très loin de la gare, c’est vraiment formidable

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage ist recht zentral für einige Ausflugsziele in der Region. Das Hotel ist nett eingerichtet, aber man hat alles, was man braucht.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Man sieht so gut wie kein Personal. Das Einchecken geschieht online/am Automaten. Aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Unser Zimmer hat an manchen Ecken etwas Renovierungsbedarf gehabt.

فندق لا بأس به ولةن ينقصه بعض الخدمات كخدمة الاستقبال والتكييف
Pros:

فندق نظيف في منطقة ساكسيلن القريبة من لونجيرن، تبعد حوالي 10 دقايق بالسيارة، الفندق يوفر مواقف للسيارات.

Cons:

-لا احبذ الفنادق التي لا توفر عامل استقبال، توفير عامل استقبال هي احد اهم الخدمات المرتبطة بالفنادق ومن خلال هذه الخدمة تميز الفندق عن الشقة. حاجة النزيل لوجود موظف استقبال اهم من اي خدمة اخرى.
- لا يوجد تكييف، لا انصح به اذا كان الجو حار.

Prima Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, wir würden wieder kommen!
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen: Aus dem Bett heraus sah man auf den Sarnersee. Die nahen Kirchenglocken haben uns nicht gestört, zumal sie über Nacht auch nicht getönt haben. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es schön ruhig und das Zimmer war sehr schön und hell.

Cons:

Etwas schade ist es schön, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und alles etwas "unpersönlich" läuft. Aber das ist halt das Konzept des Hotels.

Great but far prefer a hotel with a physical receptionist.
Pros:

Lovely restaurant attached to the hotel. Spa was inclusive which was nice, though only open from 4pm to 10pm.

Cons:

No staff at the hotel. Digital check in, had to call or message via the app to get help. Broken room safe, bathroom tap broke on the second day - both problems we were promised someone would be out asap but no one arrived. I did complain and they credited a partial refund which was appreciated.
