Histórico y elegante lugar
Pros:

El estilo y la historia del Hotel, muy cómodo y limpio. Lugar excepcional y elegante. Nos trataron con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad.

There was a small issue with a duplicate order during booking, but the front desk coordinated a refund and resolved it smoothly. The hotel is in a prime location with spacious, tidy, and quiet rooms. Very convenient, plus a lovely lake nearby for walks. Thumbs up!"

Es war alles sehr hell, freundlich und sauber. Und mit dem online Check, fände ich sehr gut, weil ich bequem vom Auto aus einchecken konnte und später dann ins Hotel konnte.

Cons:

Was mir aufgefallen ist, das im Bad keine normale EU Steckdose gab und das Putzpersonal sehr laut war in den Gängen um 8 Uhr morgens.

湖景套确实能看到sarnen湖，推箱子上坡稍微有点累但还可以接受。

Well renovated hotel on Swiss bike route 9
Pros:

Great location close to the lake. We appreciated having a bike room to lock our bikes safely. Decent sized room. Comfortable beds. Clean and modern bathroom. The room was tastefully decorated and very bright with lovely views. Great to have shutters to be able to sleep well. The breakfast was delicious with healthy options including gluten free and oat milk.

Cons:

Would have been good to have a fridge to store cold drinks.

Pros:

Nice clean hotel in a cute village. There is a (paid) parking garage. Check-in electronically was quite easy, just make sure you know your booking number. Breakfast was fine!

Wel ok maar iets te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Cons:

Comfort van de slaapbank is niet zo best. Dat kan eenvoudig beter door er een volwaardig bed te plaatsen. Verder rook de kamer wat muf en slecht geventileerd. Onbemande receptie voelt niet zo gastvrij.
