We only stayed one night, for this it was ok.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location is good.

Cons:

Slight maintenance issue with leaking under sink to dining area, bed side light only for looks , no where to plug it in , having to have the main lights blairing when trying to relax.

Would stay there again
Pros:

Clean room with all I needed for a few days stay.
I felt safe walking around the area at night and there is a mall within a few minutes walk with a supermarket and restaurant’s. There is a great little cafe nearby where you can get an excellent morning coffee - aroma:)
The staff were really friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Not a criticism,.. just a suggestion. It would be great if they had a suggestion board/folder with things to see and do in Manila.

Pros:

The staff are so accommodating and very respectful.Special mention to the maintenance guy in the morning(i forgot his name)i had a problem twice on the tv but he was so nice and always with a smile.

Peace of heaven near the airport
Pros:

Great stay for one night after long hours of flight. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a surprise to be upgraded and the room was very clean and spacious. Hot water and the mis comfortable bed. Great night sleep. Very practical if you need to close to the airport, about 20 minutes from terminal 3. We recommend strongly.

its all okay staff are friendly and room nice and cozy close to restaurants
