El desayuno, muy pobre y que los viernes y sábados no se puede descansar, porque la calle está llena de bares de copas y hay un ruido insoportable.

Hotel de 3 estrellas con la Habitación grande, muy tranquila, con amplio cuarto de baño y la televisión más grande que he visto en mi vida, no sé cuantas pulgadas tendría pero estaban retransmitiendo el mundial de fútbol y parecía que estaba dentro del estadio. Desayuno incluido tipo Buffet, de lujo, con bollería, tostadas, fruta, embutidos , tortilla, yogures, queso fresco, cafés, infusiones, zumos, etc y sin límite. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable.
Todo estuvo perfecto.
La atencion de Emilio..nos dio todas las indicaciones de ñaseos por la isla..alquilamls.un auto y fuimls a todos lados..increible todo hermoso
Ubicación
Great location in Oviedo's old town (close to Uria's Street, cathedral, city council, local market, night clubs, restaurants)
Not the best customer service for the fee I paid (I asked for toothpaste and one of the reception's member team didn't even tell me where to get one. A remarkable thing I really appreciate was the extra-cup of coffee I gently asked for after my check-out to a member of the dining-room team who nicely allow me to have it). I was given a twin-room instead of a double one, they just gave me the room by default previously to my arrival, I thought I would be offered the double one no twin when I did the check-in, but I wasn't asked for. The most disappointing aspect in my view was that it was impossible for me to enjoy a total rest in my nice twin owing to the hotel closeness to the night clubs, I regret not having asked by a room change, it might be the best option (my fault). And finally, there was a leaking in the bathtub to the point that I had to put towels over the floor to keep it dry.

No tienen accesorios de aseo. Se me olvidó el peine y tuve que ir al chino a por uno ya que no había ni un peine de púas. El desayuno muy justo tanto en variedad como en calidad. Cruasans de varios días y en la descripción venía como “desayuno excelente” o similar.
