Good Amenities and Rooms

Cons:

Staff very rude. Swimming pool wasn’t clean and every time we had to tell them to switch on amenities for us.

It was an okay experience.

Breakfast was very nice. we enjoyed

Cons:

Someone from the staff or service knocked on the door in the middle of the night without any communication which was very scary. And even though we asked for CCTV it was not shown. It was an okay experience. Normally, every hotel provides a bottle of water in the room, but we didn't get it. And even for the children, they didn't provide tea or biscuits, even after charging so much money.

Pros:

The place is really nice, premium and clean. Staff is very co-operative and adjusting. I was there with my wife and 15month old kid for anniversary for 3 nights, they gave us the most biggest room with huge balcony they had just opposite the pool. Cleanliness and hospitality is top-notch. food was good too, everything you order is just nice. Overall worth staying at the property and surrounding is well maintained as well!

Pros:

The rooms were decent and the food quality was good.

Cons:

Lot of outside noises were coming inside the room
The bathrooms were not that clean and the rooms were fine and not as per the price charged.

Pros:

We stayed in the villa adjacent to the hotel property. Well maintained, clean. Extremely courteous staff with prompt service. I would definitely recommend travelling again
