Ne kadar kötü bir işletme olduğunun kanıtını ne bir eksik ne bir fazla hepsini sırasıyla yazıyorum.
İlk önce hotele rezervasyonumuzu yaptık ve hotel tarafından onaylandı. Daha sonra hotele gittiğimizde odaların dolu olduğunu söylediler ancak bir tane odalarının boş olduğunu belirttiler. O boş odayı bize, daha önce rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın 100 lira daha fazlasına bize vereceklerini söylediler. Bende daha önce sabit bir fiyattan rezervasyon yaptığımı belirttim ancak onun geçersiz olduğunu hotele geldiğimiz günün fiyatının geçerli olduğunu söylediler. Ve başka birinin son odayı rezervasyon yapmak için şuan telefonda beklediğini söylediler. Eğer ben daha fazla fiyat verirsem tekrar bana odayı vereceklerini belirttiler. Tam anlamıyla parayı düşünen bir işletme. Tüketicinin hakkını bilmeyen, hotel işletmeciliğinden haberi olmayan ve düşüncesizce davranışları olan birileri. Daha önce 40-50 arası hotele rezervasyon yapmama rağmen sadece 1 tanesinde yani bu işletmede böyle bir sorun çıktı. Bunlara rağmen yine kalabilirsiniz ama cüzdanınız gözünüzün önünde olsun her an paranız eksilebilir.

The hotel said that they did not have my booking and that they were full. The receptionist was not interested in my reference number or of rendering any assistance.

NOT RECOMMENDED! The staff (4 guys of all ages) literally did not speak any English. I was asked to pay in cash and got overcharged - luckily Hotels.com refunded me immediately. I was then kicked out at 9am for no reason. No possibility for breakfast either even against payment. The room was surprisingly spacious and quiet but NOT worth the stress and hassle.
