Ugly place. Ugly old building. Ugly lift. Ugly smell. Pictures not representing at all

Very hard to find. Staff refused to speak English and I was only lucky I had a friend nearby to translate. WIFI was added as an extra charge. The bathroom was disgusting, inside roof panels missing with dust falling down. No new towels offered after 5days. Often when buzzing for support at the office you have 50min wait until someone bothers to come. Office and cleaning staff often arguing in Russian. Left to feel uncomfortable staying here. Its cheap but thats the only positive I can honestly write about this place. Small lift that often breaks down and A LOT of stairs not for people with mobility issues or asthma due to dust and smoke in this property.

nous somme arrivés à l’hôtel, Etablissement insalubre, la chambre sale, literie de très mauvaise qualité, climatisation HS, les prises sont arrachées de mur, pas de rideaux sur velux qui prend l'eau quand il pleut, cabine de douche très sale nécessitant de travaux, moquette sale et pour le bouquet final acariens dans la literie.

The worst administration ever, she was trying to fool me because i don‘t speak Russian, i booked a double bed room with air condition and she gave me a very small room in the very upper floor without even a fan, thanks god i had a friend with me who could speak russian and understood what they were talking to each other and saying that they don‘t wanna give me the room that i booked and paid for, but a very cheaper room because i‘m a tourist and i don‘t understand them.
The whole room has only 1 small towl while we are 2 persons and the room is (double room).

+ i would really like to talk to the owner of the hotel or the boss or whoever but not the woman from the adminstration who has her phone number on the wall!

Awful place,hard to find,I did regret that I actually stayed there...

De kamer was schoon maar enorm klein. In de drie nachten dat ik hier geslapen heb is er geen housekeeping of iets anders gekomen. De badkamer was niet goed schoon en vertoonde gebreken. De kraan van de douche lekte continue, Daarnaast lekte de wastafel en het toilet, waardoor de badkamer iedere dag onder water stond.

It was horrible. There were roaches in the room. I changed to another hostel the next day immediately. It says the internet is free, but you have to pay for it. Service was also not good. The receptionist wasn't really friendly and snapped at me. Refused to deal with the roaches, saying I had to pay to be moved to a different room if I wanted and just all around bad place. The pictires don't even look the same.

La chambre était propre,mais l'équipement vétuste :La fenêtre se décrochait si on l'ouvrait,La porte de la salle de bains se bloquait.mais le personnel était très agréable et nous a même changé de chambre pour la deuxième nuit .le réseau du RDC sert des super petits déjeuners

Room was clean but was really small, and there was almost no housekeeping or service. The bathroom facilities were clean but bare of anything no soap, bathroom tissue ect...

A ne pas faire! Le personnel est désagréable! Le ménage n'est pas fait dans la sdb! On voit les traces de dentifrice sur le lavabo... Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude, du coup soit vous aimez l'eau froide soit vous restez sans vous l'avez!
Il fait froid, le chauffage viens de la clim qui fait beaucoup de bruit, impossible de dormir!
Le seul avantage cest qu'il y a un bon resto juste a côté. Sinon a ne jamais faire!
