Чисто, удобное расположение, отличный завтрак

Cons:

Моющие средства очень низкого качества, в номере сыро, полотенца за сутки так и остались сырыми, а с утра не заменили но свежие

Ужин и местоположение, возможность предоставления ланч бокса с завтраком

Cons:

Отель не выше 3-х звезд, на сообщения отвечали одной фразой «По мере возможности», на ресепшен при заселении попросили заплатить на 1 ночь больше, чем букировала. Я информировала о позднем заезде и раннем выселении, попросив пересчитать-отказали, с менеджером сказали говорить бесполезно, так как он «ни о чем». Общение персонала соответствовало уровню хостела, а не отеля 4-х звезд. В номере светильники сломаны, в коридоре розетка под гладильную доску вынимается вместе с вилкой от утюга, что может привести к удару электрическим током.

Хороший персонал, место, хороший завтрак. но практически не работал интернет
Pros:

Адекватный приветливый персонал
Наличие сауны

Cons:

1. Очень слабый интернет - невозможно было ни провести онлайн встречу, ни позвонить через мессенджеры
На букинге указано «скоростной интернет»
Из-за этого и выбрал отель, а оказалось все наоборот.
2. Есть спортзал, но очень мало тренажеров.
Даже несмотря на маленькую площадь можно легко поставить турник со шведской стенкой и велотренажер
